On July 30th, I sent an email inquiry requesting a price quote and provided a clear list of the items I needed. I received a response from Travis, who stated: "Most all the materials on your list i have to order and i'm waiting for a call back on a few of the items from the supplier, i most likely will have this quote rdy for you monday." Based on this, I reasonably expected to receive the quote by Monday. When Thursday arrived and I still had not heard back, I followed up, assuming the request may have been forgotten. I also inquired if I could speak with someone else, such as an owner, to help move things along. Instead of a professional response, Travis--sounding irritated--replied, "How about you come down to the store, bud." This comment felt unnecessarily confrontational. I replied asking why it was necessary to come to the store in person when I had already provided the list by email and simply needed a quote. His response was dismissive, stating he would "get to it when he can," which gave me the impression that my request was not important. At that point, I informed him not to bother, as it was clear he did not want to assist me and that I would take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, rather than ending the matter there, Travis continued sending additional emails, including irrelevant commentary and even correcting a minor typo in my email in what appeared to be an unprofessional attempt to mock me. The final message I received from him read: "I am just as appalled and dumbfounded at your actions and responses. Again, sorry I couldn't help you and good luck." To which I replied, "You are correct on the dumb part," clarifying my disagreement with his characterization, not calling anyone "dumb." His final response was, "Lol another keyboard warrior." This entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am genuinely surprised that this type of behavior is tolerated within your business. I intend to share this experience with others, both locally and online, as I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I truly believe this reflects poorly on your business and could be addressed with proper training or oversight.

Walking into the store, holding the offending faucet in his hands, my friend asked for someone who know about plumbing. Waiting for just a couple of minutes, Jimmy came up. He was a tremendous help! Taking the faucet apart, finding replacement pieces & putting it all back together again. Patiently answering our questions as he worked. As I read this I make it sound easy, but it wasn't. Jimmy had to get the proper tools, research to find the proper replacement cartridge, dry fit it to be sure it fit properly & then get all together. If any employee is deserving of praise (& maybe a pay raise!) it's Jimmy. Friendly, knowledgeable & jovial he is an excellent representative of his store. He's made me an Ace Hardware customer. After showing me how to fix my problem, Jordan told me if I buy the parts and tool he would allow me to return the tool for a full refund. I made my purchase and my leak was resolved and I was allowed to return the tool for a full refund. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family.

It was once so incredibly great in and for our community... that was back when it wasn't LTM Inc!!! It was BEFORE Bracelin-Yeager sold out to them. It's entirely sad to see the corporate mentality kick into gear concerning themselves more with the bottom dollar and company policy than real living breathing employees who have dedicated much of their lives to making a business great and keeping it that way. I've never seen such a rude transition from family owned & operated to corporately owned & run. Sad day for our community, and I'm not sure anybody is thrilled with it. We know folks who will pay extra and drive for miles to avoid doing business with what was once a near perfect company to have as employers, and to do business with. Word about town is "Naaaa... not worth it anymore!"
