They are a full on mill turning out quality, high end milling of local and exotic woods. I was intrigued and saw photos of flooring that the mill had run, and the owners son, Gerald had installed for customers. I went home and spoke to my wife and we decided to do Maple flooring downstairs. The product that we received was not typical boring wood floor. The wood they brought out was colorful, whimsical, and had great movement. We are EXTREMELY HAPPY...in fact overjoyed with what we received. I highly recommend this family run business as they care about their product, customers and reputation is everything to them. Gerald is the best! Super dedicated and a perfectionist in his trade. I am quite disappointed, because I thought he was better than this. I do admit he does really good work, but I think now that he's got busy. He's picking the jobs he wants to do, and he doesn't care about his previous customers. So you can make your own choice, whether you want to have reuben, do a job for you. I will say he does good work, but lately you can't count on whether he's going to show up for the job and be reliable. I'm torn by this review because the installation of the product was professional and it turned out beautifully. It did take quite awhile for them to come to install, but that was understandable due to the high volume of need in my area. The problem I have with the business is that I sent several remnants of carpet with them to have rugs made for my home, and it has been 8 months and I have not gotten the rugs. I have made several calls to the business and was assured that progress was being made. The business has never contacted me in the 8 months. I even left a message asking them just to let me know if the remnants had been lost and there was no reply. The carpet was very expensive and had I known this would be the situation I would have gone with the company I originally purchased the carpet from. This is unfortunate as I really enjoyed working with Matt and his crew.

This project took 3 weeks; the old flooring had to be removed from property by me, and after a down payment of $6,000, I still had to pay an additional $9600. This business charges more than they should and this is unscrupulou!. Bad Business!!!
