This used to be ProBuild and is my favorite place to buy lumber. They have covered areas that keep…read moremost of the wood dry and have a very large selection. I consider this a more "professional" store in that it has just about anything you'd need to build a house. They can custom order things like doors and windows, and have roofing materials, etc. They don't carry bathroom fixtures or lights or stuff like that. They are also helpful and answer questions, but if your just wanting to fix your toilet or something like that, I'd go to Farr's.

Dylan went way out of his way on every level-- on a Friday nonetheless driving in the opposite direction of his home to bring me materials cut to specifics... that I could not fit in my car! Look you cannot get any better than this building supply place! As a woman and as a single mother, I highly recommend all the ladies needing diy assistance from a decent human to go in and ask for Dylan. He even made sure to give me a coloring book for my baby boy. The man loading the materials also has a baby #5 on the way. I made one single stop here and left with a better feeling despite going home to polish a turd. God bless every project walking in this door.

Cuts were wrong, basically a lot of wood I could not use. When I called to see how this could be fixed, the manager not only took care of it all, he then came out to my house with the right stuff, and left it without pay as my wife had the cash (Duh) and was not home. I was blown away by their courtesy and professionalism and their patience dealing with a moron like me. These guys went above and beyond, my hat is off to them.

I wanted to take a moment to recap my recent interaction with your business, as I believe it's…read moreimportant to accurately outline what transpired. On July 30th, I sent an email inquiry requesting a price quote and provided a clear list of the items I needed. I received a response from Travis, who stated: "Most all the materials on your list i have to order and i'm waiting for a call back on a few of the items from the supplier, i most likely will have this quote rdy for you monday." Based on this, I reasonably expected to receive the quote by Monday. When Thursday arrived and I still had not heard back, I followed up, assuming the request may have been forgotten. I also inquired if I could speak with someone else, such as an owner, to help move things along. Instead of a professional response, Travis--sounding irritated--replied, "How about you come down to the store, bud." This comment felt unnecessarily confrontational. I replied asking why it was necessary to come to the store in person when I had already provided the list by email and simply needed a quote. His response was dismissive, stating he would "get to it when he can," which gave me the impression that my request was not important. At that point, I informed him not to bother, as it was clear he did not want to assist me and that I would take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, rather than ending the matter there, Travis continued sending additional emails, including irrelevant commentary and even correcting a minor typo in my email in what appeared to be an unprofessional attempt to mock me. The final message I received from him read: "I am just as appalled and dumbfounded at your actions and responses. Again, sorry I couldn't help you and good luck." To which I replied, "You are correct on the dumb part," clarifying my disagreement with his characterization, not calling anyone "dumb." His final response was, "Lol another keyboard warrior." This entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am genuinely surprised that this type of behavior is tolerated within your business. I intend to share this experience with others, both locally and online, as I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as I truly believe this reflects poorly on your business and could be addressed with proper training or oversight.
