After they left, she commented, "They were there almost all day. They were very conscientious. Daniel moved some pots that could have been broken by a falling limb AND when they were finished he returned the pots to their original location!!" Just excellent. There was a large split in the main trunk at the notch where two large vertical limbs converge. We called one professional tree service we've used in the past and their licensed arborist declared the tree beyond hope and needed to be completely removed. By chance, I sat on my back patio watching two arborists trimming my neighbor's trees. I asked them to take a look at our big tree. To our surprise, these guys said the tree could actually be salvaged. We hired them. Their company is 'Tip Top Tree Service'. They trimmed, they tied large sections together with a cable, they winched the split closed and ran a long bolt through it. As I write this, new leaves are emerging.
