From the start, Rod has been extremely helpful in diagnosing the problems with our lawn and following through with the treatments. Great communication, so many other lawn mowers we've had in the past have basically ghosted us. With Rod and his team, we are not only knowing when the lawn will be mowed but he is also keeping track of the weeds, pests, and fungi. Our weeds are not yet gone, but it seems like the pests are, based on the way the grass is growing in. Rod continues to help spray the weeds and keep an eye on them as he comes for our biweekly mowing. The lawn is looking healthier than when we moved in! I had a huge red oak tree that cracked and lost a really big limb. Part of the branch fell on my…read moreroof. The limb was at least 24" in circumference and was just about to fully break off. I couldn't get anyone out here the same day to keep the limb from falling and doing more damage until I called Jaime. He came out within 2 hours of my call. Jaime knew how to 'surgically' cut the limb so that it didn't do any additional damage to the roof. After looking at the branch he showed me where the center of the tree was hollow and rotted so he had to take out more than just the one huge branch. You can tell that he knows what he's talking about so I did what he recommended. He topped off the tree in such a way that it doesn't look bald, but still a nice tree.
