In my experience, getting an appointment has been easy, often even same day. Brent was friendly, took his shoes off at the door, and listened while I showed him what was going on. He checked corners with a flashlight and explained what he thought was happening based on what I'd noticed and the evidence he found. And frankly, every technician I've worked with here has been super knowledgeable and friendly. He treated inside, checked the attic, sprayed around the exterior, and gave a spot under the porch extra attention after identifying it as a likely hiding place. My husband and I were both working, and I appreciated how he kept us updated by text without interrupting. He quietly worked his magic, let me know what he'd found, and slipped out when he was done. Even his exit was considerate. Excellent value, too. I've been quoted $150 to over $180 elsewhere for similar treatments, and this came in below that. I also appreciate that they don't push quarterly packages or extra visits. They're happy to do a one-time treatment when that's appropriate, and they explain upfront when a particular pest will require multiple treatments. That combination of thorough work, efficiency, and clear communication is why I keep calling them. Brent was excellent, and the service has been consistently great across visits. Their prices are very fair, and we were able to get the service done the same day. We had three guys come out and they worked so hard and had incredible attention to detail. Seriously, we've gone through three different lawn services in our yard has not looked as good ever. We had weeds pulled by hand, hedges trimmed and shaped, a tree cut back, and hazardous branch removed from a large tree and hauled away. These guys were also so neat. everything was collected in reusable bags as they worked, and when done it was packed up . They even used leaf blowers to get all the small pieces away after. We lost track of virtually everything in the panic I think most parents can relate to. When your kid is in the hospital, you don't stop and take time to dig out lawn care invoices. That can all be sorted when the emergency is over. Right? Not so much I guess. David apparently likes to threaten *filing police reports* for invoices that are less than 30 days past due. This is absurd to the point that I don't have any other commentary. He should feel ashamed, but never even acknowledged my text when I paid the invoice and told him what had happened.
