We needed hardwood mulch spread over some large shady sections in our back yard. This is a job that…read morewe have done about every three years and our regular yard people were not available this year, so I called Austinscapes. I talked to Paul in the office, who arranged for his outside guy, Mo, to come out and do an estimate. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and the price was reasonable -- about the same as what we had been paying. They get 1/2 up front and then 1/2 on completion. In just a few days, a dump truck from Whittlesey put the 12 yards of mulch on our driveway. A couple guys from Austinscapes were there that afternoon and by mid-day the next day, they had it all done. Turned out to be a perfect estimate on the amount of mulch needed and took less time to get done than I would have thought. They cleaned up nicely. What's not to like?

WOW! Paul and his team are our heroes! Every year my boyfriend dreads raking/bagging our winter…read moreleaves because his back and shoulder get injured for the subsequent month. This year, his Valentine's gift was Northwest Lawn Service. We originally requested just the leaves but ended up needing the whole lawn mowed because, well, we let it get a wee bit out of hand over the months (there were several weeds the height of small children in the backyard...eep!). Paul was not only super kind and easy to work with but his team was AMAZING!! In a mere 2.5/3 hours, they did the amount of work that would have taken us several backbreaking weekends. Not to mention, they even trimmed our hedges and did some edging work which really put the cherry on the cake. My boyfriend was like a kid in a candy shop, racing around to all of our windows to watch in amazement as they transformed our sad-looking yard into a modern-day Eden while I basked in the glory of this great decision (and my fortuitous situation of finding these guys). Also, the price was AWESOME. Paul cut us a very affordable deal where other services would have charged a fortune for such a beautiful and perfectly executed job. Our neighbors are green with envy and I'm not complaining. Can't wait to give these guys a call next year!

This was not an ADA bathroom conversion. Instead, Daniel worked with me to customize the bathroom around what I personally needed. We are very happy with the result! They also installed new flooring so everything flows together beautifully. The finished bathroom is so much nicer than what we had before. It has a much more upscale, modern look, while also being more functional for me. I feel the improvements have added real value to our home as well. I would definitely recommend Daniel Flores (owner) and Grace Remodeling, and I plan to use him again for our future home projects and remodeling needs.
