I explicitly said every 3 weeks and got confirmation via text and I even set up a recurring payment to keep this as streamlined as possible for myself and I get a message from the accountant saying I owe 40$ for mowing and that they changed it to every 2 weeks without telling me. Could've just asked first and I would've paid if I was kept in the loop but making decisions without the customer and demanding payment for unwanted service is ridiculous. This is an issue within the company and I don't understand how this wasn't able to just be resolved between the billing department and the contracted workers. The mowing is not anything spectacular either. Any other place will do just as decent of a job without the shitty billing issues.

I contacted Longhorn Lawns to do the work based on Yelp reviews. JP and Matt scheduled us and sent out one of their top crews to do the work. The crew worked meticulously to get the drain angle just right for the drainage. To accomplish the task, they had to use a jackhammer to get through all of the limestone. Note: It was ~100 degrees the day they were here. They worked tirelessly all day to get the job just right. When they finished testing the drain, they put all of the plants back in there places and added more mulch to make it look fresh.
