I am UTA student and awhile back I was offered the new Windows 10 program for free. I downloaded it and didn't have any major problems with for awhile. I couldn't transfer pictures from my phone to my pc but that to me was a small thing. Well during the Christmas holidays I tried to boot up my pc and it just wouldn't load. It just showed the blue screen. I'm not a computer wiz but I did Google help on my phone but it still wouldn't load. I remembered Cooper Computer shop because I live down the street and remembered the guy on the street promoting them. I went there and the guy explained that the problem was Windows 10 and he would have to whip it clean to go back to Windows 7 (which is the program that was on it when I bought it). I really didn't care about the windows program. I just didn't want to lose my data. To make a long story short he fixed it and saved my data! It was an unexpected thing but the price was reasonable considering I had homework due and didn't want to be at UTA library all night. He really worked with me. I've had it back now and no issues. I would recommend this shop to anybody who's having pc problems and who are suspicious of pc guys talking advantage of the situation. :) read more

I'm UTA student. I had problems with my laptop : there was only 1 GB free space of 65 GB on C drive. I thought it was because I stored too much on the drive so I tried to delete everything I could but there was still only 7 GB free space, though folder Program Files only held about 11 GB. Then I brought my laptop there, and the guy said that he would have to re-partition my disk. He explained carefully why he must do that, but I didn't really remember... too complicated for me :)))) He said that my laptop would be ready the next morning, but in fact it was done in the evening, a little bit late but still okay for me :)))) The price was good, and he also cleaned my screen without charging me. Molina is very helpful. I have taken two different ASUS computers to him -- one had a motherboard issue, which was repaired quickly and my PC works great. The other had a cracked screen; after fixing that, he helped me restart the entire machine. He walked me through the whole process in the store, and I learned a lot about how ASUS computers work. He goes out of his way to help you and your machine, and , in my opinion, does a very good job with price. I would recommend taking your computer here for any and all issues. This guy is great, and I will continue to give him my business with whatever issues my pcs may have. read more

I took my custom built desktop here for some issues I was having with some of new components I bought. There was a slight delay on the diagnostics, BUT the owner stayed open a while longer to make sure that it was finished and returned to me that day. I brought in my old laptop that needed fixing and they took care of me very well. It turned out there was more wrong than I thought. Even with various parts needing replacement, the price quoted in the beginning changed very little. In the end, I practically ended up with a new laptop inside for a great price. I'm a UTA student my laptop needed some major hardware repair. They fixed it for a reasonable price. They're great communicators and will work with you with any problem you have and will have a solution. They are polite, and a great company to trust with your computers!
