I have seen another person mention the same on Yelp. They fixed my screen on my Samsung s22 Ultra, and within 3 days it was cracked. I brought it back in within the 30 day period and they would not honor the warranty. Told me I dropped it or applied too much pressure to it which was completely untrue. Blame the customer when you use subpar parts. I paid $150 for a screen that didn't even last a week!!!! Then I asked them to transfer my data to a new phone, and I left it there for 2 1/2 hours only to come back and be told they could only charge the phone to 2% which I know is untrue because I am charging it now and it is at 85%. Don't waste your time or hard earned money here. Trust me on this. This is a very untrustworthy business with shady practices. Rodrigo Reis is the owner and he should do better. When you don't treat people right don't expect to be in business for long.

Cartsen revealed to me that my motherboard needed to replaced, due to water damage. This didn't come as a surprise. I spilled water on my 2015 MacBook Air in 2016, in which it finally blew out on me in August 2018... Cartsen gave me the option of ordering the part myself, so I did to save some coins (from Ebay). The part arrived, I dropped it off and he had my computer up in running like new! I believe it was just an overnighter. Once it was time for pick up, I met his lovely pup.
