I like the order ahead feature. However, I wouldn't recommend it when it's busy. By the time they finished my order the people who walked in got their order first even though I placed my order 20 minutes before them. They were nice and accommodating, I ended up waiting up to almost an hour for my friend's orders even though they placed it 5 minutes after me. read more
