Finally found this hidden Lil gem...and BOY SO GLAD I FOUND IT! My husband and I split the mango rolls, and I wish we've would've gotten our own. Sharing was the worse part of the experience! The egg waffles are delicious plain and even with ice cr eam. Only reason they get a four star in stead of a 5 is because for the amount I paid including extra toppings was not worth the price. In literally one scoop of sorbet for such a large waffle and we not going to talk about the miniscule amount of toppings. Very skimping. But my major problem was the one scoop of sorbet. Been here 3 times since it's opened and brought different people each time. It's definitely a unique way to serve ice cream however it's not just novelty, it does provide a different texture which I actually really like. There's only one size but that's even enough to share with 1 or even 2 other people. We've tried both the Cookie Monster and the Strawberry which include 2 toppings, and they were both delicious. They do serve Boba tea and other sweet drinks however I have not tried any of those yet. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Will definitely be back again. read more

Nice new rolled ice cream spot. The place is bright and there was enough seating while we were there even though is was not crowded. The flavor choices are really good and there are lots of toppings too. It was fun to watch them chop and smear the mixture on the frozen tray and then scrape it into the rolls. Great forearm workout! There prices were competitive and the portion size was perfect. Gotta go again. read more

This place is fantastic. The ice cream rolls were delicious and instagramable. You get a lot of options for toppings including mochi which is my favorite. This place would have gotten 5 stars anyways, but this place should get an additional 5 stars for their COVID safety measures. They expanded and sealed the glass between the employees and customers. Plus they are only allowing outside seating and no more than ten customers are allowed inside to wait in line. read more

As an ice-cream lover, I was really excited to try this place. Unfortunately, I felt that the process and presentation was more exciting than the flavor. The technique of rolling the ice-cream is definitely neat to watch, but the ice-cream itself was nothing I would crave over and over again. I ordered the Cookie Monster (vanilla with cookie dough bites, brownie chunks, whip cream and fudge). It was impressive to look at, but tasted a bit artificial. Cool Spot is all fun. The concept is so . . . cool?! That being said, this is not a place to get take-out. The joy is in the process. Beware of long lines- the process takes a while, as each creation is hand-created in front of you. It was really cool to watch the art piece come to fruition: the ingredients laid out on a cold slab on one of three rolling stations. A glass pane separates you from the station, so you can stand right in front of the magic and watch it happen. The staff was wonderfully nice and helpful, but the ordering process is definitely confusing. Signs are everywhere, but the message is not uniform and it's difficult to decipher it all . . . especially when the cash register where you order is just inside the front door, so the pressure is on to make decisions . . . Once I got the hang of it, though, ordering was easy. The price is the same for everything, unless you want to add extra add-ins or toppings. But the number of add-ins and toppings that come with every dish is already generous! I took one of the custom creations- french vanilla nutella brownie- and it was delicious. I added on the whipped cream and the nutella topping and some other crunchy topping (nothing healthy like fruit for me, no!). Everyone in my party was satisfied and ate their entire creation. The price is definitely reasonable. The space itself is not anyplace to linger- fine to sit and eat quickly, but not someplace I would ever drink tea at or have a date at. Perhaps it is a work in progress, as the walls are not finished being painted yet. The dessert is a novelty. The experience of watching ice cream being rolled was worth the trip for me (and my out of town guests). However, I must say- they still can't beat the flavors of Elements Frozen Yogurt in Juno Beach. A pretty close second though. I'll have to try out a few more flavor combinations just to be sure . . . read more

I'm so excited that this place opened up. I'm not much of an ice cream person but this place it's pretty cool and I lovvveeee their refreshing teas, especially when its scorching hot outside in the blazing heat of Florida. Their teas are super addicting. My go to tea is their mango green tea with lychee topping. The staff are pretty quick with the orders and there's a particular guy- who's probably the manager, he may seem all serious but once you get him talking he's starts to smile which makes you smile. You have to try the ice cream there because it's all in the process in how they prepare it. That's part of the fun before you get to eat it. They begin to pour the mixture on this cold surface and beat the living flavor with this chopping motion.. the mixture then becomes creamy and solidifies which then they began to roll and assemble your cup of ice cream. Your can add, mix, top and drizzle your choice of toppings. The ice cream is so good, it makes you feel like your a kid again. Anyone at any age can enjoy ice cream. read more

Definitely a fun place to stop. The wait can be fairly long so don't expect to get right in and out. But one of the most fun things to do is to watch them roll the ice cream so at least you have a show while you're waiting. They use some sort of anti-griddle to freeze the ice cream in around 2 minutes, after chopping up and mixing in the toppings. I got the strawberry ice cream, it tasted exactly like strawberry nesquick and was very creamy due to the very fast freeze. The toppings were really good and the fresh fruit definitely helped the not so natural strawberry flavor, and it was just so beautiful, it was almost a shame to eat it. So overall it is definitely good although I wouldn't say it was amazing. But this is a fun place to stop and try at least once. read more

Delicious boba place with lots of different flavors to choose from! It's a bit more pricey than other places I have been to (came out to be over 5$), but the drink is also larger in size. Unfortunately, they don't sell smaller sizes. I got the jasmine milk tea with boba and it was super delicious. The milk tea had a strong green tea flavor, with the perfect amount of soft chewy boba. I got the regular sweetness, and that was perfect. It's quite on par with the boba that you get in California. The store also sells rolled ice cream, but I didn't get any. Pro tip: ask for a stamp card! Once you get 10 stamps, you get a drink for free. read more

This is THE SPOT to get the most unique, delicious ice cream in the area. You can either create you're own or pick from the signature creations they've customized. I'm personally in love with the green tea matcha flavor ice cream. It's very light and makes me feel a little bit healthier haha. They roll the ice cream right in front of you on the cold tables. They call your name once done and ask you what 2 toppings you'd like to add at the end. You can choose from a very wide variety of candy, cereal, fruit, and drizzles. I come here all the time and wouldn't dare get ice cream anywhere else! It's a great place to bring kids, a date, a friend group- anyone would love this place! Great ice cream, staff, and price!! Cool little spot for my newest obsession of rolled ice cream, not to mention the delicious toppings. My favorite is macha ice cream with lychee and mocha toppings. I would skip the condensed milk which makes the whole thing too sweet and takes away the slight bitterness of macha. read more

Finallyyyyyyy!!! Bookmarked this place once I saw it and finally got the chance to go try it. The location is easy to find and it's right off I-95 and Gateway. You can park in the front of the shop or swing to the back, so there's plenty of parking. The place is decorated very cute. I especially love the Eiffel Tower, so cute. The staff is nice. The main guy is funny and very welcoming. He does most the talking. The ice cream is delicious. They give you a pretty big portion so share if you want. The ice cream is very rich in flavor and they have plenty of toppings. So many options and concoctions to come up with. They also have premade flavors so you don't have to think. The only downfall is that for toppings such as brownies and marshmellow, they give you 1-2 HUGE pieces rather than little pieces. Other than that it was terrific!! Their flavored green tea is good too. I got a mango green tea with lychee jelly and it tasted like my favorite tea shop in Tampa. So I'm definitely happy there's one near home now. UPDATE: Yes our order remade. That is not the point of my review. The point of my review was that the employee should not argue back with the customer when the order was made wrong. All the employee need to do was apologize and fix it. I have returned to this establishment because the ice cream is FANTASTIC and do without that particular employee's comment. Ice cream is great BUT it loses stars because of a single employee who is too high out of his mind every time I've come here. Either he was too stoned to take the order, too stoned to answer a simple question about an item on the menu, or too stoned to get the order right. Then when a customer brings back an order that was made wrong, his response was "You can't just eat it like that?"..... No because that's not what was ordered. The kid clearly rather get stoned so just let him stay home. He shouldn't be working here and giving this great ice cream spot a bad rep. read more

Absolutely delicious! Not your typical ice cream place. At all. And that's what make this place so good. Growing up, I had nothing but Asian-style sweets. So typical ice cream has never been my cup of tea. This is the perfect balance of sweet and savory with the wonderful combinations here. Not only do you wind up with a delicious treat, but a show as well. There are multiple pre-made combinations of ice cream and toppings you can pick from. If you don't want to go this route, simply make your own. You will then be treated to the intriguing process of watching your ice cream be spread out, frozen on the special "griddle", and then have toppings. Haven't tried the boba yet. The appeal and novelty to this place is watching your ice cream being made and rolled up into your container and finished with the toppings and such.That's super fun. (I'm sure you have seen the videos on here) and there was a decent line when i went, so it's pretty popular it seems. To be honest, the ice cream is good but it isn't the best-thing-ive-ever-eaten good. They also sell bubble tea... but i didn't have any, so i can't speak about that. Fan-freaking-tastic!! Highly recommend. The ice cream was delicious as well as the toppings (no stale toppings here) and they give you a generous amount. I also was very happy to note that the workers all wore masks and they put in a very good plexiglass wall and had a good system to give you your ice cream and/or drinks. I've had the rolled ice cream, a boba tea, and the green tea... Relax. Not all on the same visit. I have to say, it's a real treat to have something like this in our area. I'm not an ice cream fanatic, but I do enjoy watching the process of making the ice cream. In regards to staff, like the location, everyone is calm and relaxed, but not overly eager to help customers either. So, if you want the person serving your ice cream to flash a smile and say "my pleasure" at every opportunity, don't hold your breath. The location itself is very small too. So, you may consider doing a grab-n-go. Overall, its unique and worth a visit. read more
