This place is fantastic. Cool Spot makes ice cream on the spot, in front of your eyes, and turns it into beautiful rolls. The ingredients are light and fresh. There are lots of great flavors. Ice cream was good. Took forever. Wasn't totally their fault, but it didn't seem like they were in a rush to get orders out either. Also, didn't find out you could have it in a waffle until after paying. Wish the menu was laid out better. My husband liked the ice cream but not the experience. I really do not recommend any of the boba milk teas here, they are "dairy-free" aka they're made from 0 tea, but rather an artificial powder of some sort mixed with water. The boba is extremely sweet and syrupy tasting. I ordered the strawberry milk tea - absolutely disgusting. The staff was nice but I really will not be returning. The rolled ice cream is mediocre as they are often busy and the employees who are mixing have a high volume of orders to make - so they make them quickly but somewhat presentable. read more

My girlfriend and I have been here twice now. Both times we have gotten the Taro Bubble Tea....sooooo good! We got ice cream and it was good. It was fun watching the guys make it. It's really interesting. I can't explain it, but it tastes like they are using fresh ingredients for their ice cream. Its firm, but creamy & rich. Recommend coming here with friends or your kids. This place is awesome. I first tried rolled ice cream in NYC and was excited to find a place locally in Florida that does it here. I have tried both the cookies and cream as well as the peanut butter banana and the coffee one. They are all awesome. They have a good selection of toppings from fruit to candy to chocolate to sauces. It is reasonably priced I think. They have some tables inside as well as outside for sitting. Ok I get it. It's cool, presentation is lovely and I've cream tastes good. My issue here is the service. Barely acknowledged, attitude from staff. Ask for a napkin and get a dirty look. Spoon too. Teenage employees have wrecked this spot for me. It's like they were doing me a favor by taking my $20 for 3 ice cream creations. Had to stand there to get a napkin while being ignored by at least 3 employees. They roll their eyes, stare at ya and seem genuinely annoyed if you need more than one napkin. Cool Spot is the coolest spot in town! Upon arrival you're greeted by Kenny and his friendly staff. There aren't many boba spots or ice cream roll shops in town so this little shop is definitely a gem. I recommend the mellow mango topped with fresh mango or the green teas they have. Everything is made in front of you which adds to the magic. The prices range from $4-$6 which is normal for the area, especially for ice cream and you're getting a yummy treat. Dry cool place! The atmosphere is really relaxed. The choice of ice cream are good a little bit of everything and the variety of topping is good as well. The process takes a little long which is expected. What I didn't like was there was no order to making the ice cream. They made my moms ice cream went went through 4 other people til they got to making mine. They just put the cups on a table and go grab them at random. I find that annoying but easily changeable. The place is very organized and clean! I liked that the owner was standing around at all times making sure everything was going smoothly and no one was Messi g around since the process is kind of time consuming. The ice cream was very rich! Both My mom and myself got the monkey business and we could have shared it definitely get your money's worth, I wish I had tasted more of the banana and peanut but was more chocolate then anything.
