Cold stone is a classic ice cream option. It's reliable and you know what you're getting. This location had fast service and a good variety of flavors. We didn't eat in the shop, but it looked like they had some indoor and outdoor seating options. read more

After a long day in the sun, ice cream seemed the perfect chilly ending and since neither of us had been to Coldstone in a couple years, that's where we ended up. The ice cream was just as tasty as before but we both missed the days when a few dollars left in the tip bucket earned you a fun song. read more

My favorite thing to get is the chocolate devotion! Comes with chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, brownie, and fudge. My only comment is that it's a bit pricey for icecream here, I think mine was about $7 for ~a 2 scoop serving. They have a bunch of flavors and things to choose from! Can get a smoothie, milkshake, etc. read more

Came to Cold Stone for dessert after dinner! They have a nice selection of different ice creams and other specialty items on their menu to pick from. I opted for a Oreo cream filling ice cream with Oreos mixed in. It has been my go to for years, and I never get tired of it! I ordered the size like it and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of ice cream in the cup. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. I got lucky and walked right in, but on weekends after dinner it does tend to get busy. When busy it can get crowded inside, so take that into consideration if planning to eat your ice cream there. read more

Wife had a gift card so we went for dessert tonight. We used to be regulars when kids were small. Place has not changed much could use an update. Outside tables could have used a wiping down. I get it ice cream melts and it's messy but needs to be done. The girls working were àll very attentive and helpful. My wife got a sample of a new ice cream with no issues. She got gotta love it size marble cake batter ice cream with brownies and caramel in a waffle cone. Shocker it was to big to finish. I got a gotta love it size as well ( I finished mine) banana ice cream with graham cracker crust and caramel sauce. We made sure to take pictures so we could tease our children with what we got without them. I am sure we will have to take them next time they visit. read more

So today I ordered a cup of rum raisin ice cream. Only to find out that there aren't any raisins in it, instead they add raisin flavoring. Next time I will drive a little farther to go to Haagen Dazs. read more

I used to think the birthday cake ice cream here was the best thing ever. On a recent re-visit, it couldn't quite live up to my childhood memory. In part because the store itself was kind of sad that day: empty, 'chain-y' and sterile. The employee who helped me was nice but definitely in a hurry and having an off day. He only came out from the back when I got to the register and disappeared as soon as I paid. It's still cool to see the ice cream being mixed with other ingredients on the cold stone, though not as artful or cool as watching ice cream being rolled. It's still definitely nicer to eat ingredients which were recently mixed into ice cream, especially when it comes to cake pieces, rather than pre-blended mixes. I am still fond of this particularly festive blend of ice cream; it definitely tasted good. read more

Very very very small serving. I asked for a medium. After looking at the pictures I expected mine to look similar. My medium was 1/2 the cup. Well BELOW the rim. I thought it was a joke. Almost walking out I paid for it but I will NEVER be back. read more

The ice cream there is always good but this place really needs a update it looks old and run down the glass you look threw to watch is fallling apart the windows have a nasty glow to them and the floor looks like it's seen better days but I give this place a 1 star not for the service but for how run down it looks and even the employees took to me saying it needed to be updated read more

I have always enjoyed the ice cream here. I am pregnant and after a long day decided to try their December promotion of free home delivery. I spent $32 on ice cream to get the wrong order delivered to me I got another "Stephanie's" order instead and that was a single $5 cup of ice cream. I called the store right away, they told me they could not redo my order for pickup (which is what I really wanted) but they assured me I would get a refund. It has been 4 days and I have not received my refund!!!! I just wanted the ice cream that I paid for and they could not even do that. I have been calling the store ever since to actually speak to a manager and I have not been able to speak to anyone. It was a beyond disappointing experience. My husband never wants to try home delivery again. Is the manager Michael ever even there?!??? read more

1. Employees at this location rush my order with no customers behind me 2. Topping table looks like cross contamination is bound to happen 3. No gloves 4. Employees have unnecessary attitudes 5. Order was created sloppily with no care 6. Employees are assuming what I should put on my order 7. Employees didn't allow me to customize my order. We ordered Friday afternoon and just ate some of the ice cream tonight. The peanut butter perfection was just plain chocolate ice cream. The surrender to strawberry was strawberry ice cream with a few strawberries in it. prior to delivery the lazy kid working called to say he had no choc dipped cones. We were told by the owner it's the kids job to dip them. the kid working clearly also didn't know how to make the ice cream. Disappointed. read more

Don't make the same mistake we made. 1. Don't go to this store. Make the drive to another location. 2. After you've ordered and payed for your ice cream online and still have to wait in a 45 minute line to pick it up, check your order to make sure it's correct. Ordered a quart of That's the way the cookie crumbles with golden oreo add-ins and got God and the employee only knows. Didn't realize until we were home. Go to Lantana or Wellington. read more

If you or anyone from your family has any allergies, be extremely careful about buying ice cream cakes from this location. I purchased what I thought to be a peanut/tree nut free Cookies and Creamery Cake to find out that the ice cream filling was filled with chunks of Reese pieces in both layers. We selected this cake for my daughter's birthday and checked the ingredients carefully only to discover after one bite that is could have caused her a direct trip to the ER. Her lips tingled and her throat was very scratchy and irritated. We spent the evening watching her carefully hoping to avoid taking her the ER in fear of Covid-19 exposure. The manager Gerri denied several times that there could be Reeses in this cake. I assured her and told her that would bring the cake in to show her. She offered to give us a new cake but after thinking out this gross and potential deadly mistake, I thought the least she could do was to refund us as well. Instead of celebrating my daughter's birthday, we were stressing about her condition. Needless to say, we are unhappy about how this was handled and want to warn others about this locations lack of sensitivity when it comes customers with allergies. read more

The ice cream is decent but the service and professionalism of the staff is below what I thought is humanly possible. The good news is that they aren't rude but blazed out of their minds. Last time I came two girls were discussing how they couldn't wait to quit and texting their friends while I was trying to order. No manager to be found. Of course I wouldn't be surprised if one of them is actually the manager. read more

Fiancé just found multiple hairs in her ice cream we picked up. Not a great way to end our Saturday

3rd time I tried this place in the last 2 weeks and disappointed all 3 times. I understand the problems finding good employees these days, but this place has real problems. Employees obviously don't care about taking care of customers or representing the company they work for positively. One kid was making ice cream while his hair fell everywhere. Then after waiting for 20 minutes, the girl waited on 2 people behind me. I left and won't be back. read more

I love cold stones! Sweet cream ice cream is my favorite. I love the extensive topping choices they have, I love the giant waffle cones, and how you can create your own creations. But I gotta say, my favorite signature creation is the Cherry cake double take. It has cherry, almond slivers, yellow cake and honey. It's so freaking good! The cherry and honey combination is to die for! read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Piece of Heaven! :) - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Boynton Beach, Florida

The shakes were okay, but let me tell you. That careless and rude attitude made me wanna go to McDonald's and just get an ice cream cone there. Me and my friend walk in there, no greetings or hello or nothing. Alright so we wait in line and keep in mind there was about 3 or 4 people behind there but we still had to wait a while. So then we're next and the employee didn't even say hello or how are you she just asked us what we wanted, then while we were waiting for our order I wanted to sample the new ice cream that comes during Halloween time so I come up to an employee and say "excuse me" and she just looks up at me and says absolutely nothing. She just stares at me with a nasty gaze and I was like "you know what NeverMind" because although she had her mask on I can tell she had a nasty a$$ mug underneath it. So she walks away and then I didn't even bother to say anything else we just got our shakes with no whip cream, paid about 14 and change and even left a tip and took our shakes and left because the energy in that shop is absolutely terrible. I don't expect anyone to be super nice but a simple lil greeting would be good enough instead of saying more with your eyes than your mouth. I'm sorry y'all but stick to carvel or make your $hit at home cause it's not worth coming here and paying to receive attitude and disrespect. read more

We came here as a family of four on a Sat night, instead of having us being helped to we could get through the line and have our ice cream as a family. They decided to have one employee Make all four of our orders and the second employee skip us to make the next couples order. It took us forever to get our ice cream. The girl helping us rang our order and after ringing us almost let another person skip in front of us. To top it off the frozen strawberries in the ice cream was terrible and brownie in the Sunday tasted strange. Won't be back . read more

This location is horrendous. Lack of customer service and friendliness is an understatement. After my order was completed, the employee that help me, shouted, "Next". Even though she was quick to make the order, she wasn't friendly, no smile, nothing. A simple smile and "How may I help you" or "How are you doing tonight" goes a long way these days in the world of customer service. Other than the product being decent, the experience as a whole is pretty bad. Inside and outside of the location is unkept like an employee hasn't done a basic job function of sweeping or cleaning/wiping the tables. The Carvel down the street kicks this places ass. It's clean, the employees are helpful and at least smile, and the product is decent as well. read more

Just came from getting ice cream after a major storm passed thru. The staff were great and the ice cream was awesome. The only thing I found disturbing was the fact that the store has NO a/c and that the manager/store owner would expect their employees to work in those conditions. The temp. is 87 degrees outside so I can only imagine the temperature on the inside. Shame on you for these poor working conditions to make a few dollars! The fact that the manager, Jerry, called the employees when I was there instead of actually WORKING ALONG SIDE THEM IS DISGUSTING! read more

Would have been 5 stars but compared to other cold stones they did not have as big of a selection for flavors and toppings. However I walked in at 1053pm in a Friday night when they were trying to clean up and they still made my sundae without looking annoyed even tho they probably were. read more
