This place is amazing. I wish I knew about it 10 years ago. They are the most updated technology so they take digital molds rather than the gross goop that suffocates you silently. They only need you to come in for short visits. No waits. Very friendly staff esp Rosie. She understands your needs, concerns, and teeth history. The orthodontists are professional and give you time to ask questions and provide thorough explanations. Everything is laid out well so there's no questionable costs. Free consultation is very thorough as well. read more

very nice workers Arlyn is very helpful and kind. shes very gentle with my braces and she's cool.

This place is amazing ! Very professional and caring. Rosie is the best ! My kids love coming here and feel very comfortable.

This facility is great in all aspects. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and kind. They all seem to get along great and that is felt in the atmosphere. All appointments are quick and efficient. My children enjoy their experience through their procedures. I highly recommend this office. read more

I do not trust this place. After our free consultation, they said my six year old kid needs braces immediately and should start the week after. They pushed hard for me to schedule our next visit. In the days following this placed called me several times urging me to have my kid start their braces asap. I subsequently visited two other orthodontists and both said that my six year old kid would eventually need braces but that it would be safer to wait at least two years to see how the teeth and jaw develop. A much different outlook than the desperate picture painted by Cool Smiles. 5 years later my kid has braces under the care of an Orthodontist who is patient and methodical in his approach. Make sure you get multiple consults. I did not appreciate how pushy they were. Insisting that my kid get braces put on the following week or else horrible consequences would happen. Go ahead and get a consultation with them. But again, get several other consults and see what they say. read more

Cool Smiles handled the orthodontic work for my son over the past two years. Dr. Simjee and Dr. Mody took excellent care of my son throughout the process. Everything was well-explained throughout the way. Dr. Simjee handled my son perfectly when my son didn't consistently wear his rubber bands on his braces - nice but forceful in explaining the consequences. The front staff of Rosie and Aunnie were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The dental assistants were fantastic as well. Very happy with how my son's teeth turned out - perfectly straight and aligned. I highly recommend Cool Smiles! read more

Cool Smiles Orthodontics is the place to go!!! This newly remodeled office is extremely clean and looks great! I was a bit apprehensive going into an orthodontic office, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, but this office implements all safety protocols to ensure the safety of their patients and staff. I feel at ease each time I step inside. The staff is excellent as well! Each person I have worked with is very nice and cordial. Be sure to ask for Rosie when you schedule your consultation. She was extremely thorough in walking me through the process. I had A TON of questions and she was very patient and friendly in answering them. I had previously scheduled an appointment, but was unable to go (due to a work emergency). Rosie was very accommodating and understanding of my situation. She worked with me to change my appointment to fit my schedule. Michelle was great to work with all well! She has a great sense of humor, which helped me to relax while I was getting treatment. I can tell that she has many years of experience in this field. She definitely knows what she's doing! Dr. Simjee is a well-respected orthodontist in the industry and was very thorough in examining my teeth. He sees a lot of patients, but his staff helps him to work efficiently to accommodate all of them. Overall, I highly recommend this office to anyone who is seeking orthodontic care. Give them a call TODAY!! read more

Dr. Simje has been our orthodontist for the past two generations and I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Simje specifically as well as the whole staff at Cool Smiles Orthodontics. All the staff from the receptionists along to the support staff treated my son and myself like family. Dr. Simje and staff all have a gentle touch and braces were applied, tightened and removed with minimal discomfort. I cannot recommend Cool Smiles Orthodontics highly enough, they worked with us in all circumstances and had been very helpful in one particular emergency situation. read more

I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Simjee. I highly recommend Cool Smiles Orthodontic as I really like Dr Simjee and his staff. They were always welcoming and happy to answer my questions. They were alway accommodating if I ever had to reschedule. After I was done with all my trays Dr Simjee was not very happy with my front 2 teeth so he went ahead and order another set of Invisalign to bring my teeth to perfection. Now my daughter is also getting her Invisalign with Dr Simjee. read more

I have anticipated writing this review since I started treatment in 2015, brace yourselves! I have to say Dr. Simjee is one of a kind in his profession. I don't just mean orthodontics, I mean all professionals who work on your teeth. I have not dealt with a dentist, orthodontist, etc. who I find more helpful, knowledgable, and professional than Dr. Simjee. He is also not trying to sell you anything, he's just getting the job done and done right. I visited with 4 different orthodontists before deciding on Dr. Simjee when I first decided to get braces as an adult. He was upfront, honest, and went above and beyond on my points of concern. He was very different from the other orthodontists I met. So much so, that I referred my sister to him after about a year of my treatment (so I really had a feel for the place). She is currently doing her invisalign here. I will say that his price is above what most others charge, but the added cost is very much worth it. His aids are very professional, and good at their jobs. My only issue was that scheduling at times was difficult since I am a working professional and their appointments fill up very quickly! We were able to work through it every time, and to be honest any added inconvenience with scheduling was worth it as well when you consider the significantly better care you get here. My wife's experience with braces was much worse as her ortho appeared to be less knowledgable and pushed for the hard sale anywhere he could. The biggest draw to this office is Dr. Simjee's professional knowledge. I discussed orthodontics with him on several occasions, and he just knows what he's doing! I'm no ortho, but if I ever had any questions he entertained me and my "knowledge" nonetheless. They have seen me through to this point, now with my braces off for about 1 year, and continue to schedule me for follow ups months later to make sure my results hold. I will update this review once I am DONE DONE, but it is safe to say this office is a good place to get braces/invisalign! Thank you again Dr. Simjee for being so accommodating, patient, and knowledgable! read more

It took me six months to find the right orthodontist for my daughter. I am a very cautious person and so I consulted with at least 20 other orthodontists about their procedures and their ridiculous prices, and finally an oral surgeon who is also a friend of ours recommended Cool Smiles. Although cool smiles was very far from where we live, I was impressed from the first meeting that I had with Dr. Simjee and decided to go with them. First of all, they did a very thorough examination and explained in detail how they will proceed. They also gave us the best offer pricewise. Since our home was very far and my daughter goes to school, we were very tight on schedule, but his staff always did their best to accommodate us to avoid rush hours. He himself is very professional and always has the "cool smile" on his face. More important is that initially my daughter's teeth arrangement were in a very bad shape and a weird condition. Some other doctors had suggested to pull out at least one tooth to make her prepared for braces. However, Dr. Simjee said that won't be necessary and he was so correct. Now you got to see her teeth, this is just like a miracle. read more

If i could give 10 stars i would! Loved my experience here. I had a lot of issues with my invisalign's (not their fault) and they found a way to fix it no matter what. Dr Modey is hands down the best, so kind and attentive. Nicole was usually my dental assistant and she's the sweetest! Aunni is my GIRL! Felt like a good friend i've known for a while. Rosie is so sweet too! I moved out of state and lost my retainers and they were so kind and quick to send me new ones! This office truly appreciates their patients & i'm so glad i chose them! read more

My son went to him for braces and after almost 2 years, Dr. Simjee said he had to file his front teeth to make them straight. What?! Isn't that what 2 years of braces is supposed to do?! File his teeth? I immediately changed orthodontists, and he had to have braces for another 5 months, but his teeth were ultimately straightened, and it did NOT require FILING! I had just finished paying off my contract with Cool Smiles, then suddenly, my son's teeth needed to be filed to be straightened, let's get those braces off as soon as possible. Do not be fooled by this office into their high pressure pitch as if this orthodontist cared about your child's teeth. read more

This is by far the best orthodontic office in the history of braces. Friendly staff, especially the girls up front in reception, they are knowledgeable and can answer any question or concern you might have. Everyone is so friendly! You should definitely consider them if you're looking for orthodontic work. read more

We have been a patient with Dr Simjee for countless numbers of years and we have been very very happy there. My daughter who has had many many challenges loves going there and feels very comfortable with the staff and the doctor. Everybody's very gentle and kind and super patient. We always feel comfortable when we are there and know that Dr Simjee will give us the right advice. Thank you for all these years of service. read more

Wow, I am very surprised that Cool Smiles has such a low rating! My daughter has been a patient of Cool Smiles Orthodontics for about 2 years now and we've never had an issue. The staff are always friendly and always accommodating, the doctor and his associate are great, Rosie goes above and beyond to explain the treatment, pricing and works with you to find a monthly payment and down payment that you can afford. I've never had a problem rescheduling and getting an appointment time that works with mine and my daughter's school schedule, the office is very clean and always has something for the kids to do while waiting. Cool Smiles is also really good about staying on schedule with your appointments and seeing you at your actual appointment time. I highly recommend Cool Smiles to anyone. read more

We have had the pleasure of working with Dr Simjee for a few years now. I highly recommend him for any orthodontic work. Very professional, kind, courteous, and takes the time to throughly explain his plan of care and discussing it with the family to ensure we are content before proceeding. Not to mention his staff is wonderful - so professional, helpful, and courteous as well. Best orthodontic office!! read more

Cool smiles Corona, Dr. Simjee, Monica and staff have all been great and I couldn't recommend them more . I'm a 30M and decided to go the invisalign route. Dr. Simjee gave me a great thorough assessment and recommended i have extractions done before my invisalign treatment. I was a little scared at first but 40/50 trays in and all the gaps have closed and my teeth are straightening out perfectly. Invisalign cost was just a little more then traditional braces and I really like how convenient they are. Switching through trays at home is a breeze and not having to go to my orthodontist frequently is very convenient. My check up visits are quick, 5-10 minutes via appointment, and I'm out the door, and I haven't had any issues with rescheduling services. If you live in the area i recommend you pay them a visit. read more

Dr. Simjee and his staff are great! I enjoyed coming to my monthly appointments. My smile looks great!! Some of my teeth shifted post treatment but Dr. Simjee has been able to close most of the space that was made. The staff are super friendly and helpful when they answer your questions! read more

His services are ok at best. A real issue with this place is front office practices. First they need to be taught who the customer is and common courtesy to that customer. Most certainly a reflection of the "Orthodontist" but a lack of attention to detail by him at minimum. Just flat out rude behavior ongoing here for the entire process period. The final straw with this joke of a business, wanted to charge my daughter a $25 fee to credit back a mis-charge to a credit card and re-charge a HSA card instead. I wouldn't return or refer my worst here. Next message is to my referring dentist, my opinion it is a reflection on him as well. Stay Clear! read more

Love this place. All the staff members are very welcoming each time I arrive. They know who I am each time and get me checked in without even asking. I have never had to wait for my appointment and always get called back right away. Currently seeing them for my Invisalign and I couldn't be happier with the results I'm getting. They are very accommodating with my schedule and are pretty open to making sure I can get in for my appointments and my time. Would refer them to anyone in need of an orthodontist. read more

Dr. Simjee is very talented at what he does. He takes his time to properly make a plan for each patient and communicate it. He has treated everyone in my family and the outcomes are always perfect. He is very friendly and accommodating to any questions you may have. He has many years of experience with braces/invisalign and it shows. The staff are very friendly and quick making the office visits hassle free. Dr. Simjee has a million dollar smile himself which makes everything more comforting. He is a wonderful ortho who doesn't cut corners, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else! read more

Both my brother and I got her teeth fixed here. He got braces and after his recommendation I got my Invisalign here... first the owner is amazing at what he does and I don't believe my teeth would have come out so great if it wasn't for his input and help. This is why my Invisalign experience I think was much better than other people, he didn't just tell me to switch out my trays every week. He watched my progress and made sure things were going accordingly. A lot of ppl who get Invisalign just get the trays, Dr.slimjee made sure that I got brackets to move my teeth faster and the way I wanted, he knew exactly where to place them and how long I needed them. He was precise and wanted to make sure that I got the smile I wanted. In addition to him his team is wonderful... when my retainers didn't fit right they made sure I got them fixed over and over again lol (3 times to be exact) until I got the perfect fit to ensure my teeth didn't shift back. read more

I have a big problem with the front office people. They think they are the boss. Will never accommodate. They will only give you appointments that is convenient to them. Won't budge at all. They do not reply to voice mails. Ugh...I hope the doctors inside are aware of what's going on outside. Especially Rosie... won't reply to your messages. read more

Meanest, rudest ortho ever. He makes you feel like hes always in a hurry and every patient is just another patient. I wish i put my money somewhere else where time would be invested in my teeth. Ive been going there for over a year and they still dont know my name without looking at the screen. I go in with a big smile come out in a bad mood. Btw they bribe patients with 5 tokens to give them a good review on yelp. So be careful with some reviews. read more
