I called him up I told him my situation and he was very polite helped me walk through what I need to be doing as far as getting ready for him to come and open the pool and talked about how much money and what they do. When he came that day with his son and wife they were all very polite they were very helpful on educating us on how to run the pool he even helped give me a list of what I'm going to need what to expect what level should be. He even showed us how to do certain things when it comes to the pump like when it's not working ECT. There was a few times I was nervous about some things and he told me I could call him and there was probably things he could walk me through without having to come out and would help me the best he could. So he did and does great work he not only open he closed the pool when he came to close the pool they kind of gave us directions on what to look out for and showed us stuff that we didn't even know about because they had been opening and closing this pool for many years now so they had more knowledge on the pool than we did. He's a great guy he's funny he's got jokes and most importantly he's very honest even gave us some tips on where to get certain chemicals or extra parts that we may need that were budget friendly. I've been to a couple pool companies called a couple pool companies and I will say that they are less expensive than most around Chittenden County. They exceeded my expectation and I will be using them again next week to come and open my pool. Thank you Brent and family for helping as well as making our pool looks amazing. We were able to do many BBQ's by the pool side and have friends and family come over to join us with our first time experience in a pool! Cant wait to see what this summer looks like!
