We ended up buying a better tub. Dave gave me his cell number, I was able to text any and all questions I had, whether night time or weekends and he was happy to help. The service team reported a two week wait time to assess the tub. I am extremely frustrated in their response time especially given the new install. I submitted an online request and called a few days later when they never contacted me and had no record of it. I submitted again from a different computer as a test and despite getting another confirmation email, they couldn't locate either request. Not good when service is urgent. Best to wait until business hours and call. 2 - The invoice they provide has no record of the amount of water they delivered. Was it 1800 gallons or 10? When a delivery is poured into a well, it is tough to determine how much they poured in since a lot seeps into the ground. Since they charge a flat rate regardless of how much they deliver, it's tough for a consumer to know they got their moneys worth unless its into a pool where you can see the volume. Prob won't use them again

The operator was very friendly and professional. I was able to schedule and appointment to take place within 24 hours. She made sure I got a courtesy call when he was on his way. Cory (Kory) was excellent. He arrived promptly and figured out the odor issue within ten minutes, one that a home inspector, someone from the sewer department and a few others could not determine. He fixed the issue and I no longer have sewer gas emanating throughout my home and I am slowly getting better. I had home check on a couple other items and he fixed those or explained about those too. The pricing was reasonable and I felt I could trust his expertise.
