After reviewing the job the owner contacted me immediately. John came out the next day and was not happy with the job and committed to re-doing a portion of the deck. We were busy with company and had to delay the correction. Upon rescheduling we had more delays due to weather. In the mean time the supervisor came to our home and instead of redoing a number of sections Arrowhead Deck did our whole deck over again. I can't believe the difference. The quality is outstanding and looks the way I had hope it would turn out. The drains were cut in smoothly, the new 4" drain was cut in making it look nicely finished. I do commend Arrowhead's Decks crew that redid our deck and their commitment to quality work. Our deck now looks like new ready for our upcoming summer heat. We chose Reflector-Shield sealer to provide the coolest surface. Hats off to the crew that just finished the job they really did a fine job. Extra thanks to John the owner and Chris for taking time to monitor the job and committing to quality work. After reading reviews we decided to pay the premium dollar with Arrowhead Deck & Pool to get the…read moreservice and look promised by our sales person. Part of our request was to have an English speaking person on site during the process and that never happened. Generally the crew was 4 or 5 non English speaking gentlemen and was a major contributor to our problems. Our first issue was electrical. It seemed like every hour I was resetting a circuit breaker or a GFCI circuit. I tried to get the workers to use a dedicated circuit but got the shoulder shrug. I stopped resetting circuits and the crew ran out of plugs and finally pointed for electricity and I showed them the best location. I made a complaint to the Project Coordinator in the office and she told me the workers do not have to clear electrical plug usage with the customer. In the process they unplug security systems, wifi extenders controlling pool equipment etc. They damaged GFCI outlets causing all of our landscape lighting and pool lighting to be without power After 40+ days the company finally dispatched a worker to replace the GFCI plugs and other damaged lighting. I believe the work was performed by a non certified electrician because the workmanship did not comply to NEC code compliance general practices and still is not completed. He managed to shock himself 3 times since he said he can work on live electricity. I was very worried with his statement saying "good for the heart". I was very worried about a lawsuit if he died onsite. We paid a premium to have a "marbled look" surface and v-joints removed and blended to match so the surface for a more consistent appearance. Surface is complete but the v-joints are white and very obvious that make the decking look like a football field. At least our old joints matched our decking but the sales person said we should get rid of the ugly v-joints probably to raise the price. Don't believe the pictures the sales person shows you since the outcome will be different. We tried to discuss the issues with the Arrowhead owner to find a mutually beneficial conclusion but that has not been successful. Arrowhead is great on promises but totally lacking on delivery. Over 50 days and no follow up. Think twice before you may make a decision you may regret.

I had to call/text her back the next day to see if the cleaning had been completed or not. So when I went back to the property a few days later, I honestly felt that the person who came out did a rush job and didn't give any attention to detail. Several areas were still dusty/dirty and when I ran my hand across the counter in the kitchen, for instance, it felt gritty (as if they were trying to hurry). I did call and complain again. I give one star back because they did come out and redo certain areas that I requested. Again, I was never informed when they came to redo the cleaning. I was sent an invoice by e-mail, with no apology. Anyway, I never like to post negative reviews, but I wouldn't want any of my friends to have to go through the same experience with this company that I did. I would not use them again.
