I'd like to recommend BCS and Dean Demickele. As an investor and local property flipper, not only has he worked on my flips but he has also worked on my home. I Highly recommend BCS and will continue to use them in the future. Whether it's a foam, shingle, concrete roof tile, he's done them all for me. He truly cares about the service he provides from the moment you visit their website, call him, to when he and his team arrives, to the completion of their work, and the follow up to see how the job was to my specs. BCS refuses to be second rate in their dedicated service. Im sure with the exception of severe weather or emergencies, they do everything they can to serve your needs timely and even when I had a BINSR emergency, it was tended to within 48 hours in order to close and pass final inspection. BCS and their team make sure your home or business and the area around it is always neat when they are through and their workers are respectful and polite. BCS cares about the local economy. They hire locally, and many of their employees have worked with them for many years. Dean cares about his employees by making sure they are continually training in with a comprehensive safety plan and program. Never did I feel my valuables inside my home we're at risk. His team was cordial and polite. . read more

We needed to have our wooden patio posts replaced as they were warped from rain and sun damage. Dean was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and came out to inspect within a couple of days. The estimate for the post replacement and roof replacement was reasonable. We had a day setup to have work begin and had to change it due to waiting for HOA approval. This was not an issue for them and they were willing to wait until we were approved to begin work. Finally able to have work started and they arrived on the scheduled day and the repair was finished in two days. Couldn't be happier with the work and how quick it was completed and the guys cleaned up the yard and it looks great. Would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. If/when we need our home roof replaced we will be using them. read more

BCS Contracting is wonderful! They came and replaced a soffit that was damaged and they replaced all the bad wood and even some panels that went along a wall. I would highly recommend them! Everything was done in a few hours and they even painted it. The job was done so expertly that it matched the house perfectly! Now I can't wait to have them back out to paint the rest of the house! Dean is great and communicates and answers all my questions and concerns! He really listens to a homeowners concerns and fixes everything in a timely and expert manner. Wonderful attention to detail and I swear they left the area even cleaner than they found it!! Very happy with their work and would highly recommend them!!! Thank you BCS!!!! read more

I recently moved into a new home that unknowingly had a very damaged roof. So damaged that it would rain inside my house when it was raining outside. I was referred to BCS by a good friend and couldn't be happier with my decision to hire them. The owner, Dean, was very professional and forthcoming about everything. His crew finished my roof within a day and a half even after running into many surprises on my roof's part. After having it repaired, I now know that the faster they're finished the better. The new roof and fascia makes it look like a different house. The cleanup was pristine. In fact, the only thing that they left behind was a beautiful new roof. Highly recommend!! read more

Called BCS to remove ugly stucco on the front of my house and replace with wood siding to restore the house to it's original mid-century feel. Dean took the time to understand the design we really needed and made sure it was done right. They did a fantastic job and I'm very pleased with how it turned out. Price was totally reasonable compared to most companies around the valley. Will definitely be calling them when we get ready to do our next project. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a great price!! read more

My wife and I LOVE our new patio cover extension by BCS! The wooden and stucco patio extension is identical to the existing patio and makes the home more luxurious. Finding a skilled and honest contractor to build a patio extension took me many hours of research. BCS used high-quality materials and created the new patio in a reasonable amount of time and price. I highly recommend BCS for your construction project. My home is now 20 degrees cooler, and my family protected against the hot Arizona sun in a SAFE patio cover. read more

BCS is the company to use!! I met Dean through another happy client. From the first phone call to Dean till the completion of the project, I have been nothing but 100% satisfied. This company is well organized and meets all the time lines communicated. BCS is led by a man with integrity and his crew work, interact, and clean up with the same integrity. Dean's roofing knowledge helped me to get more energy efficient and stylish roof. I love the end product and my electric bill has dropped!! Thanks BCS! read more

We hired Dean and his crew at BCS to repair a 2nd floor patio and install a walk deck so it was more functional. The end product is absolutely amazing! Dean was very clear with explaining the process and alternatives as some unknown issues arose. The quality of the work they did was top notch! Most importantly, my wife absolutely loves it. I would recommend Dean and BCS for any job that is within their scope. They were punctual, clean and professional the whole time. Thank you!!! read more

Dean and his crew are amazing. Bought a new house and needed an assessment on the roof. He is unbelievably talented at describing exactly what is happening with your roof, why it's happening, the materials, the time frame/life of your roof, and an action plan to provide solutions on it. Was very impressed as I am a no nonsense individual and my expectations were exceeded. Will be having him come back when I am ready to paint the house as well. Thanks for all the help!! read more

This company was excellent. Dean responded quickly when we requested a quote through Yelp. They arrived on time... and did a thorough job on the project. The roofing team was easy to talk to in regards to questions.... answered all inquiries and concerns. Everything they mentioned on the proposal was covered and we were very happy with the results. They cleaned up after the project... You would never even know that they were here doing a repair!!! read more

We had BCS help us with painting our house.  There was a substantial amount of prep work to be done including replacing a whole side gable that was borderline irreparable as well as a number of other repairs.  When all was said and done, what a transformation. Working with Dean and his crew was great, what they said they were going to do was done and then some. I would recommend them as well as hire them again for any additional work. read more

Our entire experience with Dean DiMickele at BCS Contracting was good to say the least. Replacing a roof is not something to look forward to but Dean and his Team made the experience easy and pleasant. They did what they said they would do and more. They were there on time, finished when they said they would and cleaned up as if they were never there. Very honest hardworking group I will be recommending to friends and family. read more

Dean was great about returning a phone call and showing up for the estimate (trust me, many companies could not do either). He was quick to respond with a quote and due to his communication skills he was awarded the contract. He arrived on the day he said he would and completed the job quickly. It was extremely reassuring knowing the rains were coming and he and his team had addressed the garage roof leak as soon as possible. read more

Dean and his crew are the best. Our older house needed some MAJOR roof help and updates. He had great ideas, did an awesome job, and the price was more than fair. FYI, we have a flat (mostly) roof, and that is not easy. BCS did so well, we are using them for painting and for pergolas later this summer (tune in later for those reviews!). So many great ideas, such excellent work, cannot recommend enough! read more

Best roofer you could find. Needed several maintenance items on some rental and flip properties to be taken care of in order to be able to close escrow on time or have tenants needs be taken care of. Dean was professional, set expectations and followed through on his scope of work. He really helped us out in a short time frame. Customer service and communication was excellent. Thank you read more

Job was on budget and on time; they really over-delivered. Dean brought experience and ideas to the table, giving me options I didn't think of, and my patio was cleaner when they left (than when they arrived) every time! The jobs started on time, ended on time, and I knew what to expect every step of the way. These guys are craftsmen; definitely recommend BCS contracting. read more
