I'm always saying that customer service is a dying commodity, so I had to make a point to give credit where credit is due, these lady's and gentlemen at this company have really set the bar high, I have had some really bad experiences with the ac trades and when I needed to have a quote for a new unit I was not looking forward it, I had two companies out and I just really ended up disappointed by the lack of options and patience of these "hard sale guys" . So a friend came by and spoke very highly of a coolbreeze, so I decided to give them a try ( after all I had to have a new unit), I am so glad I was referred to this company, they answered the phone and we're friendly, quickly scheduled my estimate, and Dustin came out took the time to measure my house to size the unit properly( something the others guys did not do), took his time to cover all my concerns and went over some options that I didn't even know were an option, my unit had always been to big, my ducts were not sealed and I had terrible allergy's, the install team installed the right size unit sealed my ducts and installed an airscrubber, WOW my house has never been so comfortable my allergy's are gone and last but not least my bill dropped by 100 dollars a month, these people are top notch! When we had our home constructed in 1996 we were fortunate to have the owner of Cool Breeze Air Conditioning and Heating perform the ductwork and installation of our heat pump. Since that time I have used their services exclusively for routine maintenance on my system. Recently I had to have my unit replaced and once again called Cool Breeze. They adhered to my schedule and on the appointed day in less than three hours my old unit was removed and hauled away and the new unit was installed and operational. Very happy with my commercial service of 4 units on my roof top 6000 ft building, Dustin the service Tech was great! My compressor went out on my unit on a Sunday afternoon. I called and got a hold of Dustin and he had me look at some things to determine if my compressor was shot. I ordered the Nest thermostat from Cool Breeze and I am totally loving it! It is a little pricy but wow it does so many things like, I can change the temperature from the app on my phone while I am away from home, now how awesome is that! I was very grateful and some what surprised at the honesty of Cool breeze. We had them come out and evaluate and fix a small problem. Instead of trying to sell us on expensive repairs, the tech explained the problem and easily fixed it and we just had to pay the drive out fee. Dustin the tech who service our unit explained what needed to happen what the cost would be and showed up when promised. These guys came out when our AC quit cooling. They had to order parts but we would have had no cooling on a hot night so they riiged a temporary fix and we stayed cool.
