This man came at 930 at night--when most people would've already been home in bed, and said I'm going to keep my word and I told you I would come so if it's still okay and not too late I'm 10 mins away.... He showed up; Diagnosed everything, gave us a temp fix overnight, sent me a quote (since we needed a new system), then called me the next morning to tell me he found the equipment for slightly less and got me an even lower price! And is replacing the unit the next day. Wow... aside from being super professional, he was honest and very knowledgeable. I had two other quotes done out of due diligence (which I do for every big job or contract work), and he also gave us the best pricing. So I would highly, highly recommend John and his company. And I'm so glad we found him. We will definitely be using him for any HvAC needs going forward.

They were neat at what they do and took their time working through all the ducts. He provided me with before and after photos which were amazing, as well as video of the main trunks. I'm surprised that I am the first to leave a review. I have used this company three times now. The…read morefirst impression set the hook for us, so to speak. We made many phone calls (in 2016) to have our central air conditioning checked. Nothing was wrong, it was just an old unit. They were quick to respond, courteous and honest with their evaluation. Based on their first visit, we did not hesitate to call again when the vents started to blow out warm air. The kind and informative woman on the phone sent someone over towards the end of their day, during a heat wave. Unfortunately, we needed freon (the old stuff) and they didn't have any readily available. The gentleman promised to return first thing in the morning to get us cooled down before mid day. They kept their promise and were in and out in less than 30 minutes, problem solved. The 3rd visit, again, warm air. At the end of the day, during another stretch of 90+ degrees. One of the owners made his way over within a half hour, knew what the issue was right away and worked hard, outside, to get it fixed before going home. I was skeptical, thinking it was a major problem with such an old unit, but he installed a small part and yet again, problem fixed. I am big on customer service and they go out of their way to take care of their customers. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because of the expense. But I'll pay for good quality people any day! Soon, we will be investing in a new unit and will be sure to call Air Masters!
