However, I recently had an…read moreexperience with the ordering process on this platform that I feel compelled to share, because this is not the first time I have had issues with ordering and refunds with Territory. The website layout is confusing, and unfortunately, I unintentionally placed a double order due to a misleading interface. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what really disappointed me was the difficulty I faced in getting a refund for the duplicate order. I reached out to customer service, and the process was not as smooth as I would have liked. It took a considerable amount of time and effort to try resolve the issue, which sadly ended in me paying twice the amount. I have had issues with their customer support before. I recommend trying Trifecta or Cook Unity - easier website ordering and better customer service. This feels almost like a scam, at this point.

Beyond crafting ready-to-eat breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and desserts, each menu plan is built around your specific health goals and needs, like diabetes, menopause, IBS, PCOS, Endometriosis, fertility, anemia, and more. You get to consult with a real, live person to make sure you're on the right track, and get food you actually want to eat. If I can shout-out one entree in particular, my favorite was probably the "Madrid." Designed with the mushroom-lover in mind, slow roasted shiitake and cremini tumble together in a tangle of zucchini noodles, coated in impeccably fresh, slightly spicy walnut pesto. Acknowledging that "clean eating" is a misguided falacy, the ultimate goal is to satisfy the need for comfort food without sacrificing wellness, or sanity, for that matter. My favorite part of the meal was how nourishing and satisfying the courses were- even despite the lack of meat there was incredible flavor. For those who don't enjoy cooking but prioritize healthy eating, this can be a great option to explore. While they were very creative with their soup, dessert, and entrees, my favorite part of the meal was the salad. The freshness of the ingredients really shine through here, and it's easily as tasty as any salad you'd find at a restaurant when eating out. Another perk was how it made beautiful presentation seem effortless- I simply dumped the contents of the jar onto a plate and voila! (see pic)

The food is absolutely AMAZING! The quality is superb, like what I would buy myself if I were to do the cooking. I'm particular when it comes to meat, and Plentiful Kitchen has it down. I'm a big foodie and these meals are the highlight of my week. I'm not even gluten or dairy free, and I have never once missed the gluten or dairy in these dishes! These meals are delicious, convenient, easy to reheat, and nutritious. I'm a busy mom of two toddlers, and to my surprise, they even enjoy sharing this food. I am extremely grateful for these meals and the friendly/responsive customer service! Also, their baked goods and homemade granola are divine as well! I cannot recommend Plentiful Kitchen enough!

Cons: - Food arrived cold with no reheating instruction.  I ended up microwaving them.  I guess if you are making supplementary dish, you can control the timing since you have to reheat them. - 2 hrs delivery window.  I think you can pay couple buck more to have it shortened to 1.5 hrs or something like that.  We tend to eat around 6, 6:30 at the latest so 6:45 is a bit late for us.  Having said that, our order came at 6:15p Would I order from them again?  Probably...but I do like my food piping hot.  Reheating dishes (not leftover) kind of put me off for whatever unknown reason.  I also have to mentally be prepared the food won't get here until 6:45p.

But maybe you could cook some tasteless veggies like Spanish or zucchini into pancake. use better carbs instead of white rice, refined grains, pasta, Hawaii bread... private school parents care about healthy food more than just hooking the kids with carb and sugar. Here are some suggestions to implement: 1, The Asian choices are too limited if you don't like carb (noodles). I hope you could add more healthier alternatives like Chinese stir fry tomato scrambled egg over brown rice; or LuRouFan : a Taiwanese braised pork over brown rice. Those are going to get you more Bay Area private school parents (high percentage of Asian fam) convert. 2, adding Spanish into scrambled egg for breakfast for lunch will show some effort to help kids eat healthy. Or add fine grated carrot onion into burger patties. (I understand some kids don't like tomato slice or cucumber or onion, but Spanish/zucchini is tasteless. ) please invest in healthier options of the same foo. 3, there are way too many pasta (refined carb heavy) dishes. Those will cause insulin spike and pre-diabetes if consumed daily like us. Introducing good carb alternative like sweet potato, brown rice. 4, if you could switch the oil to olive oil when cooking cheese burgers, or pasta, that would be great. For kids eating Choicelunch everyday, they will gain fat if the oil is not clean. We hope to resubscribe again once we see changes. Thanks.

Choice lunch contracts their Friday pizza out to local Papa John's in the area. I have a friend who owns a Papa John's who was contacted for the contract and he was shocked at their low ball offer. They also now offer pizza pockets everyday of the week and it's all bread and barely any filling. The kids take two bites and throw it away. The only item I believe is worth ordering (as an adult) are the salads. A few times the salad was inedible because the lettuce was wet, soggy, brown and Choice Lunch refunded my money right away. *Their customer service is excellent.* You are better off making your child buttered noodles at home (save $6.46 for the small and $7.82 large).

Martha's Senior Gourmet quality of food is mediocre. I enjoyed about half of their meals but…read moredisliked the other half. And they do NOT let you choose which meals you prefer. So I recommend other food delivery services that allow freedom of choice. Here is an example: Typically, I enjoy fish and chicken, but I did not care for how Martha's Senior Gourmet served those dishes. That was disappointing. Martha's Senior Gourmet is very expensive. The cost per meal for me was about $26 to $27! That is quite expensive. For that price, I expect excellent meals and that was not the case for half their meals. They do not let you make substitutions except in a very limited way and that is disappointing. They control the menu. They do have a nice delivery package brought to the door by an employee (contractor?), not a delivery service driver. And I liked that. My experience: my first month of paid food was up but they did NOT email or call me to ask if I wanted to continue into the next month. They were just going to charge me. I had to call them to stop the next month charge. I do respect that business model. They should contact the customer to alert them about the next month's food and cost. Each meal that I got included a small salad and those were quite good.
