The seafood is fresh and cooked on site and the sides are all homemade to perfection. I ordered the fried (you can get anything grilled as well) Catfish with gator platter to go with three sides: Mac and cheese, coleslaw and potato salad. The catfish was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fresh on the inside, and was fully deboned. It was also not oily at all which is surprisingly pleasant with a fried item. It had just the right amount of flavor, and was excellent alone as well as with their homemade tartar sauce. Around the table, entrees took a long time to arrive then were wrong, barely warm and just simply had very little taste. My HB steak was just a burger patty on a plate with some canned brown gravy dumped on top. No toast or anything. Was supposed to come with a baked potato but came with sweet potato fries. Even the slaw they've been famous for for years and years, was just not the same and wasn't good... We won't be back.
