For dessert, he made my favorite: yellow cake with chocolate frosting, made even more spectacular with fresh whipped cream and berries. Beyond the food, Daniel is so personable and fun--he created a warm, relaxed, and entertaining atmosphere throughout the evening. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night.
