!!!!!Do not buy cookies clothing.!!!!!! This is for the company cookies and their online website They have an F on the BBB (better business bureau) for a reason. We bought 3 shirts online and once received, we tried on one shirt and realized it was not the right size. We completely followed all return policy rules and paid for return shipping on the items. The company then reached out saying we did not follow the rules of the return policy and they could not refund our purchase. They claimed that the clothes had a smell, not sure what smell they have but it's literally just from shipping them back because we don't smoke and don't have pets etc. they also said we did not return the clothes in original packaging (the plastic bag the shirts come in) I'm not sure if we removed the plastic once received to be honest, but what company cares about that!? The items were unworn and completely able to be sold again. This was the worst customer service experience and I will never buy clothes from them again and also I will tell everyone I know not to. It's unbelievable how strict the policy is especially when we did nothing wrong. This company needs to seriously rethink their policy if they want to stay in business. read more

I was coming through Haight st. In San Francisco on my bike today and decided to walk in to the Cookies Clothing store upon suspicion and interest. I actually have a Cookies T-Shirt that I picked up in the cookies Hayward canna dispensary along with a Runtz Glow Tray and Berner's album called Gotti. I came into the store just to browse... I would run up a huge bill typically. I like how the shirts look and most cookies products are pretty fresh. Friendly staff and they greeted me with a smile. The floor is similar to an Apple store and everything in the store is available. I found that Cookies has some of the dopest shirt designs and I think the Cookies Duffle bags are super dope. What's up with the staff here? Especially the black manager. She's probably the most unprofessional worker I've ever seen. Whoever hired her needs some training. I love the cookies brand so we definitely needed to go here. When we were inside we asked a few questions and the staff was cool. But as soon as the so called "manager" came out all their attitudes changed. I even asked one of them why with the attitude change and they stayed quiet. My friend and I spent over 600$ and as soon as we left the black lady said, "I'm the manager and it's time for you guys to leave." Look I'm in customer service and I get it when customers act a fool, but we were the complete opposite of that. This location gets a lot of points for having their products out in the open for customers to browse. For me, the charm ends there. None of the products are I looked at were priced. This made it hard to shop the store without the help of an associate, of which there seemed to be none on the floor. I ended up going to the counter and asked for a list of cartridges and their prices. The associate I asked said they didn't have a list. Instead, he hastily asked me what I wanted and found a cart matching those specifications. He charged me for my item and I left feeling underwhelmed. I think this store needs a greeter on the floor and needs to price their products. There's a lot of dispensaries to choose from and, as it stands, I don't know why anyone would make this their go-to. read more

What's up with the staff here? I was looking at their sweatshirts, unfolded one, and stood in front of a mirror to see how it looked hanging it in front of my body. Then a staff member came over and told me that those were "display only". I apologized and asked if they had a different size I could look at, and he said that display one was the last one left. I then asked if they'd restock and he said "I don't know. They sell out fast. We're a very popular brand, you know." He then took the "display only" sweatshirt away from me and took it to the cashier to have him refold and return to the shelf. First of all, if that's the only size available and it's sitting on the shelf with a price tag, isn't it available for purchase? Second, how are you supposed to know what the sweatshirt looks like if you're not allowed to unfold it? Third, I've never had a store tell me "We're very popular, you know". That's pretty cringey, dude. I'll stick to third party shops from now on. They're much more professional and don't throw hissy fits when customers dare to look at their products. read more

Probably one of the biggest Berner fans you will meet. Whole closet full of cookies, shop at all the cookies dispensaries. I flew to SF, broke away from my trip, drove 40 mins, circled the block 6 times, payed for parking, still excited, only to walk into a store with the mkst horrible vibe I've ever felt. I walk in everyone's sitting on their phones, they jump up and assume post when I walk in. I made a light joke about "whew action time!" They both stared at me with the sharpest glare. No smiles in this building. No greeting, it was like they were trying their hardest to make me feel like leaving. The customer service is horrible on their website. They constantly delay deliveries and when I send them emails, they usually ignore me. They responded to one of my many emails 12 days ago saying that they were going to refund me my money and I should see it in 5-7 days. The clothes are top notch, but the horrible response time and the horrible repeated experiences have led me to write this negative review. After multiple purchases, I can only speak on my experiences and it is more common for them to not send the items I have purchased than the times where my purchases have gone flawlessly. I love this brand so much that I had the logo tattooed on my neck and now I need to figure out how I want to cover it up. If you look at the screenshot that I attached, you will see that the company finally emailed me on March 3rd for one of my complaints. It is now May 9th, over 2 months, and I still don't have any of my items or any of my money that they happily took from my account. It is not worth the headache and hassle to do business with Cookies and I am ending my relationship with them since my business obviously means nothing to this brand. read more

Pretty nice store at one of the coolest neighborhood in SF. I went to look for some souvenirs for my siblings and came out with a bunch merchandise, decent price for what you get. There was an inappropriate photo posted on Instagram of the manager named "Emily". I am beyond shooked, disturbed and disgusted at this point. I follow her on Instagram. I understand you can post what you want on Instagram but if your trying to represent a company that is well known, it's unacceptable to post naked photos such as that. A manager is supposed to represent professionalism. That photo was very unprofessional and she should be terminated as a manager. She needs to have respect for her self. Stay away. Their clothing is poor quality, sizes aren't standard and their return policy's is stuck back in the 80s. My son ordered a 100$ sweatshirt against my strongest recommendation. He ordered a small which is his size in any other shirt, sweatshirt, etc. This one was way off. When he tried to return and get refund he was told policy was store credit only. After several attempts to get an exception and dealing with rude employees he has no choice. Unfortunately he doesn't want anything else and is stuck with a crappy store credit. In 2020 every customer should have the right to get their money back and for this reason I'd stay away from them. read more

warning - ordered a Cookies V2 Backpack about 2 years ago. I had been having issues with the zipper on the backpack for quite some time. I was able to get around it as it had two zippers so this is not an issue for a little bit. I reached out to the customer support team and had mentioned that the backpack was not trashed and I was hoping that they could back their product based on the price of the backpack, the gentle wear and tear from owning the backpack, and having about five other backpacks of different brands I was hoping that they would back their product as spending $100 on a backpack most companies would back their products. I am disappointed to find out that they do not back their product and they simply offered me a free shipping for the next time I purchase from them. I will not purchase from them again as for the price of the backpack I could get something like a north face of which I've had before and have never had any issues with the zipper or zippers and any other backpacks that I've owned. While on our trip to NorCal my boyfriend wanted to stop by the Cookies store. He was very interested in the products and wanted to browse around. The store was very nice and clean, but it was quite small. That wasn't a problem at all because it is located in San Francisco. The town where buildings and streets are all cramped together. The employees here were really chill and helped us find everything we need. What they have out in the store isn't the only sizes available. Just request a size and they should have more stocked out back. As I was looking at the ladies merchandise I noticed their sweaters were thinner then the men's, so I decided to ask for a small in men's since they looked much cozy and for the same price I'd definitely get a bang for my buck. Unfortunately, they had ran out of small and medium and left me with having to get the women's sweater. No big deal, but I wish they had more in stock or just make the women's sweater the same as men's! read more
