I heard a new management took over this place. So I'm trying to take a chance on them despite some of their bad reviews on yelp because I noticed that those happened in the exact same time. Anyway... let's get it going! First off I want to say TOP NOTCH customer experience. From the beginning till the end! They were very transparent about expectations and so no questions left unanswered. They were right on time and the products are top quality. Cookies decoration was AMAZING and it taste delicious too. I really do wish they do more than sugar cookies but I really don't have problem w it. I'll post pictures of my order. My husband loves it! And it was very special! Thanks a million guys. Definitely will come back for more order soon! read more

Called to place a birthday cookie order, it was later in the day and I was advised I could text my request, examples of cookies I liked, and they would respond back and get my order started... I never heard back to my initial or follow up messages. Highly disappointing! read more

I did not have a chance to make an order but this business has the best customer service. I called to have cookies delivered for my sisters birthday (happens to be on Valentine's Day) and the gentlemen did everything he could to help me, however her address was out side of the delivery zone. He was so kind and willing to help I wish all businesses had someone like this on their team. read more

Awesome experience for my 10 year olds birthday. Called and didn't really know what I wanted they helped me out and sent me picture. My son LOVED his Mario Bros cookies!!!!!!!! read more

My order never arrived and I'm so disappointed!! I placed An order for a delivery approx 3 weeks ago and I called to find out if they could deliver them before noon bc of the recipients work schedule. To my surprise they said the cookies were never baked, the baker is gone and it was nothing else they could do. I'm waiting for the manager to call me back. This company has truly ruined my day. I will never ever In life buy anything from this company. I want my money back Update: it took over a month for me to receive a refund, only after reaching out to BBB and complaining to PayPal. Please be careful with using this location. If you must, The one In Arlington is better and they told me they fix lots of orders from Ft Worth, because of all the complaints they have, also Tiff's Treats are way better!!! I still never received an apology.. Just don't go to this location bc they are horrible. read more

SO EXPENSIVE, but SO good. We only get cookies from here for special occasions because they are so pricey but they are our favorites. Have been for years. I do wish they were a little more reasonably priced but most of their cookies are pretty large. read more

I placed an order online requesting it to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I have ordered here before and it was always delivered early in the day. THIS WAS MY HUSBAND'S GIFT & it was not delivered. I received a call after 5 asking if there was an alternate address to deliver . (We were on our way out of town for the weekend, so there wasn't an address to deliver to.). I checked the "business" option so why wasn't this a priority over a home address? The excuse was that they were unaware it was a school in service day. Why would that matter?????????? I received a refund and there was no remorse from the employee. My Valentine surprise was ruined & I will not bring my business back to this location again. read more

Stopped by to grab some goodies for the babies the other day, as I always do when I work a long day away from the house! Mama can't come home empty handed! The cookies and the owners are super sweet, but this place is franchised. I was looking for more of a mom and pop type place, but the cookies nonetheless didn't disappoint! They were huge, and decorated adorably, and although they looks as if they'd be hard to the taste, they were still the perfect amount of softness, with a simple icing on top! They have great baby shower cookies, the CUTEST designs... which makes me think, gee... I just might need to have one more baby! :) Prices will get you though! I paid $18 bucks to two cookies on a stick! WOAH! Good thing I miss my kiddos dearly when I am away from home all day, AND I got to eat the left overs.. otherwise they'd be getting Walmart cookies. read more

My Recent order of 40 cookies for a baby shower from Cookies by Design were so great! They helped me with my design, and mixed and matched what they could to help us out. Although it came out to $150ish, the cookies were delicious, soft, and large! No regrets on coming here. I would come back for another event. Thank you guys for the great work! read more

Wow, when seeing a variety box of these gourmet cookies, it was extremely hard for me to decide which one I wanted to grab. After drooling at the plump looking cookies for over a minute, I decided to pick the Chocolate Chip with Nuts cookies. First off, the appeal of these cookie are amazing. They are so pretty and perfect in shape and size. It's the perfect assortment to bring to a group of people! The cookie I had looked better than it tasted; however, that's not necessarily a bad thing. I didn't eat a second cookie since the first one didn't blow my socks off. The cookie could have been sweeter since the large amount of nuts took away the sweetness a chocolate chip cookie should have. It was a good cookie, but I've definitely had better. If I'm ever to try another, I will probably go for the plain chocolate chip or the white macadamia nut since they looked mouthwatering. read more

If you want a custom order of cookies don't come here. I had to come three times because they did not have my order ready. First they lost my order and then they forgot to give me the complete order. Horrible services. They have teenagers taking orders and have to repeat yourself and break down what you order for them to understand. read more

Please stay away from here! Don't do it! You'll regret it! Ordered two dozen cookies and a ballon for my wife's birthday because I was working so much and didn't have a lot of time. What arrived? One dozen cookies, some broken and no ballon! So basically a disaster. Called and called with no response. Called Cookies By Design corporate who said they couldn't do anything and gave me owners email. No response to email either. Crooks and nothing less. Please order from TIFF's Treats or someone else. read more

Really not impressed by Cookies By Design. I ordered 2 dozen cookies for work, they were $90! Super expensive! Picked them up and they looked like something anyone could make at home. Very sloppy looking, icing was put on messy. The cookies themselves weren't great tasting, very dry and bland. Definitely not anything I would recommend. read more

Horrible customer service. I placed an order a week ago, scheduled to pick up at 8:30 for a Christmas party. I arrived at 8:30 and told it was not ready and would be another 45 minutes. I returned 45 minutes later and was told they were still not ready, and would be another 30minutes. I could not stay longer, as the cookies were ordered for a party at 10am. Needless to say, I know nothing of the quality of the cookies, as I had to cancel my order. I left without my cookies, and went to a bakery down the street that saved the day/party. read more

The business has sold within the last year. I used this company all the time. The customer service was excellent. They even had a little old man deliver the cookies and he called you when they arrived. You will not get this service anymore. They are very confused. I spoke with more then one person in my 3 days of dealing with them. I ordered early to have my order delivered by 4pm the following day. They deliver it at 5:40pm and never received a call back after leaving a voicemail and an email. The person didn't get their cookies because they left at 4pm. I will never use this company again. I would leave negative one if I could. read more

I ordered a 9 cookie boutray for delivery on Valentine's Day. My delivery never arrived despite talking to a representative from the camp Bowie location 3 times. I called again on the 15th requesting a refund and was told there was an accident with the delivery truck and they were remaking all the damaged orders but when my boutray arrived I only received 7 cookies not 9 and the boutray was not the one I ordered. I talked to a manager and was told they would deliver a dozen gourmet cookies the following Monday. I never received the cookies. read more

On Friday last week, I ordered $50 worth of cookies (with a $15 delivery fee) and requested a Saturday delivery. I was told when I placed my order that the delivery person would call me on Saturday and let me know when the cookies where dropped off. Sunday night rolls around and I decide to text my coworker to see if he received the delivery. He said "that was from you? There was NO who the cookies where from on the box". So...he thought it was from a condo complex where he just rented an condo from that day!!! I called cookies by design and left a VM on Sunday. I did receive a call Monday AM and explained my situation. She told me she would have the manager call me and I did NOT receive a call back from the manager. read more

I'll say this. Valentines Day, 2019, today. I ordered cookies for my wife 3 days ago. Got to store. No cookies for her. Got told cookies got given to someone else. Can't replace what I ordered. Those type of cookies are frozen and can't be made as a replacement. Not enough time. Will never shop there again. Be forewarned. read more

I ordered a cookie bouquet with balloons to be delivered on my daughters BD on 4/4/20. Nothing was ever delivered . Called 3 time to see why all three times I got tons of apologies and I finally just said I just want my money back. Last Thursday, I was promised that I would get a refund. Called again today, finally spoke to the store manager and was told that she was never told of this issue. She said she processed my refund while she was on the phone with me. Said I should get an email right away. I got nothing!!! No refund, no email--nothing!!! I will never EVER use this business and I will discourage anyone from using this place. read more

Ok y'all. This is serious. Anybody that has cookies that taste like blueberry muffins will get me coming back for life. And cornflake crumbles?! Seriously?! I don't know how to be in this shopping center and not grab a bite! read more

I was going to be out of town for my sister's birthday, so I ordered her a dozen consolation cookies just the night before. They delivered the cookies on time, but because no one was home when the cookie deliverer, Muriel, knocked, she sent my sister a text instead notifying her that there was a box of cookies waiting for her on the porch. The cookies are pricey (and pricier still when you add the delivery fees--try nearly $35 for a dozen cookies once all was said and done), but they arrived on time and were delicious. I'd do cookie delivery again if I found myself in a similar situation. Definitely helped cushion the "sorry; I won't be around for your birthday this year, little sis" blow. read more

Cookies by Design went above and beyond to rectify my issue. A huge thank you to Brittany & Morgan.

Great customer service. I had a sudden change of plans and needed to change my date for delivery, and they were able to handle it without a hitch. The only reason for docking them a star would be the price point is a little high. read more

I ordered three arrangements for Mother's Day and only two arrived. After physically spending hours on hold, I got their corporate sales on the phone, only to be told that I'd have to go through the store that was preparing them. I have called the store and I have left 3 messages, as they never answer their phones. I have not received any call back, no arrangement, nor any refund for the order. Needless to say, I will never use or recommend Cookies by Design! read more

I live out of state, wanted to send an order to a friend in Ft. Worth. Same day delivery and all special requests were handled flawlessly, and a courtesy call was given upon delivery to assure me that my gift was on time. Thank you! read more

They looked awesome but the taste would be comparable to cardboard. I am absolutely so disappointed! My son loves the decorated cookie so I decided in lieu of a cake, I would do the cookie bouquet. He is twelve, bit into one and spit it in the garbage. I had to try it and I can't say I blame him. The icing was good but the cookie was awful! read more

This place is great and so friendly. They went out of their way to arrange delivery for me. Under special circumstances. So easy to work with. Will highly recommend. read more

I believe there has been a recent change in ownership/management and it shows. Customer service has gone down the drain. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. No one is on the same page. They scored a big "0" with me when I recently tried to place an order for four dozen of their gourmet cookies. Will be some serious thinking before I go back. read more

Really great cookies and a visual treat as well. Kind of pricey but worth it for a special occasion. The service was outstanding as well. Definitely recommend. read more

I wish I would've read all the other reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered cookies a week in advance and on the day that they were supposed to be delivered I got a phone call that they would not deliver to my daughters house. this was her first time away from home she was eight months pregnant and it's all I wanted to do to make her Easter special! The manager did offer to deliver because all of her delivery people were already gone. When I called four hours later because my daughter had never received them, Manager stated she did not like my attitude , was canceling my order , and hung up on me. After contacting the actual franchise manager they didn't even have the decency to call me. They sent me to customer service and offered me a merely $30 off to pay another $50 for seven cookies. I forewarn anyone who's thinking of ordering from this company to Definitely go somewhere else. read more

I ordered for my husbands birthday early Monday morning paid extra for same day delivery but he never got them. Called the next morning and they couldn't tell me why or where my order was. I do not recommend same day delivery or expect delivery on a particular special day. read more

I sent a Basket to my niece for her birthday and she could not have been happier. The cookies were adorable and she loved the taste.
