I'm glad that there's a Tiff's Treats nearby. They were offering a complimentary cookie of your choice which was nice. The service is quick and attentive and the atmosphere is quiet. I tried their new Dubai chocolate cookie which was crunchy and delicious. Their lemon sugar and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are delicious as well. The cookies are lovely warmed up with a glass of milk. read more

I was really excited to try this place after reading the reviews. I rarely splurge for sweets, so I was looking forward to a yummy cookie. I'm so sorry -- these were a "meh" at best. To make it worse, the gal at the counter seemed to be disturbed by our walking in and wasn't really helpful when we asked questions. I ordered my 2 favorites - oatmeal raisin and snickerdoodles. The snickerdoodle was pasty and lacking flavor. The oatmeal tasted like a chocolate chip cookie batter with a few oatmeal flakes. Honestly, Publix cookies are hands down a better bite. read more

We sent my veteran father-in-law from warm cookies on Veterans Day. They were delivered at exactly the time promised and he declared they were delicious and warm and a welcome treat. I will probably be using this business again! Kudos to Tiff's Treats management- they strive to make things right! After being in contact with business managers AudraLynn and Sebastian S. in explaining what occurred, both took the necessary steps to make things right. I completely respect that, and their generosity & professionalism are greatly appreciated. As aforementioned before, there is nothing wrong with the product itself. My issues on this order + an order within the past are solely due to online communication to & from, as well as with delivery protocol. I've conceeded to Sebastian that I'll more than likely do pickup orders from this location since it is less than 5 miles away, which is fantastic due to saving myself the mileage from going to their downtown Fort Worth store (the next closest). Overall, Tiff's Treats business model may be the best boutique around. read more

Here we go again! These are my favorite cookies for almost every occasion. I used to drive all the way to the Hurst and Arlington locations to get these, but not anymore. Now that they're in the Alliance area, I'm within their delivery radius. Holla! Let's talk about the cookies. They have a variety of flavors: snickerdoodle, chocolate chip pecan, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter, etc. I love my white chocolate chip almond cookie. You can't go wrong with any of the cookies, really. The cookies are soft, warm, and not too sweet. I literally ate two cookies in one sitting without shame. Their packaging is super adorable. The goodies are placed in a white box and tied with a cute blue bow. I'm planning to place future orders with special packaging for people's birthdays. read more

After my last review I was quickly contacted by the store owner with an apology for the less than satisfactory experience, a refund, and cookie cash to give them another chance. The communication and service in that was 5 stars; prompt, courteous, and generous. I was not expecting anything in return for my review. So I gave them another shot. First, I tried to order online, but for some reason, either my internet was acting up, and/or I just was having difficulty with the site, and ultimately it froze before payment. That's fine, I decided to call instead. Oh, boy. Where do I begin? I was inside another store in the plaza where this Tiff's Treats is located, and knew I would be around the area in time for the hour-ish wait for my order. So, I called. First, the volume of the call was a little quiet, so I placed my phone on speaker to be able to hear better, no problem. Then, after sharing my order I was told I needed to create a profile with them. I let them know I was only traveling through the area, so she said I could order as a walk in instead. "Can you process my order over the phone as a walk in?" I asked. Nope. I had to be physically present. I didn't quite understand this but was finally told that all I needed was an email, phone number, and first and last name. Okay, not too extensive, I completed a profile. Then she asked for the store address. "Fort Worth," I declared confidently. "But what's the address?" "Umm... I don't know." She let me know there are multiple locations in Fort Worth and they needed to know the correct one. I reminded her I wasn't from the state and started to name stores I could see out the windows. She didn't recognize any of them. "I really need the address." Look. I'm from THE OTHER SIDE OF THE US. I don't know ANY streets in Texas, let alone addresses of places." I was getting frustrated and almost decided to cancel the entire order. "You can just walk outside and tell me the first street you see." She told me. I let her know I was with my children in a store and couldn't just leave the store to find a street name. FINALLY, I got enough internet on my phone for the address to pull up on my maps app. Satisfied, she repeated my address and repeated my order. MY GOODNESS. I'm sure for the average Texan, this won't be an issue, since most people will know a bit of their whereabouts and may be interested in reordering. But for someone just passing through for some cookies, making a profile and knowing the exact location was a headache. The cookies were good. I enjoyed the warm, soft textures, and loved that something other than milk chocolate was used for the chocolate chip cookies. But they weren't my favorite. Business owner, I have to repeat, does well in his own service with customers, but maybe just needs to tweak the model somehow for an easier checkout process. Or maybe, I'm just not the right audience for this shop, and that's okay too. read more

Ordered through their delivery service and once they got to my apartments they canceled the order. Then when I called for help all they could do is tell me to go through the delivery service for my money back even though the delivery service won't let me get a refund because tiffs delivers their own orders. read more

Hello warm cookies of my dreams!!! Just the right cookies at just the right time. I hope the cookies come that way every single time, so I will never have to be disappointed. This is our first time ordering cookies from Tiff's and certainly not the last. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone who asks me. We order the mixed dozen and a half chocolate chip and a half sugar cookie. Right now, I'm totally down with the peanut butter; who know, I could be persuaded to change my mind though, the snickerdoodle is looking pretty amazing. Keep it up and we will be customers for as long as we live in the area. read more

I ordered Tiff's Treats cookies to have at my home when my grandchildren came over in the afternoon. We live outside the delivery area, so a courier was used. When we got the cookies, the bag, box & even the cookies reeked of cigarette smoke. I immediately got online to their customer service & sent in a complaint. Tiff's Treats answered my email within a day & offered a refund & 'cookie voucher' as an apology. That was nice & I thought I'd be able to re-order for the next time the kids came over, however, it never happened. I waited a few days, but no refund and no 'cookie voucher'. I replied to the original response telling them I had not received a refund or voucher. They said they could see that it hadn't happened and that they were taking care of it at that time. I should see the refund within a few days & the voucher would come in email soon. It's been another few days and I'm still waiting. I was going to order cookies again today, but I'm thinking that Tiff's isn't where I'll order them. Customer service could be a lot better. Also, the screening of the couriers they use should be refined. It has to be policy that you don't smoke around food deliveries, right? Too bad... Tiff's cookies are pretty good. read more

These are the type of cookies you bought at a bake sale growing up. They're warm and predictably delicious, but not life changing cookies. I've always had quick service and the store front is clean and chic thanks to the pristine white and blue aesthetic. The gift boxes are universally welcomed and enjoyed. Can't go wrong here! Ordered cookies at 8:15pm, didn't get them delivered till 9:45pm. If you need cookies delivered within the hour, I would not choose tiffs treats. Try crumbl, at least their delivery is fast. read more

I never write reviews so writing this tells you something alone. I love tiffs treats and I'm from downtown Fort Worth so I usually go to that one and the workers are always so nice !! however, when I came to this location it was not the same vibe at all. I'm the type of person to say hello as soon as I walk in a room and I said hello the worker and smiled at her and she completely ignored me! so I said hello how are you, no response, just looking at me with a straight face. she didn't even ask me if I was ready to order or what I wanted. she just stood there, and my mom said hello to her again and still no response just looking at her !! the woman can hear and speak because all she told us was our total and it was literally the worst customer service ever, I would know as I work in food service myself! read more

I'm so glad this location opened so close to us! We've been multiple times since they opened and although their treats are delicious regardless, hot and fresh delivery definitely takes the cake. Their customer service is absolutely amazing and it's clear that they go out of their way to take care of their customers. My husband had scheduled a delivery for me on Valentine's Day, which of course couldn't be completed that day due to the winter weather. I am so impressed with the email updates that he got about the cancellation and rescheduling. Tiff's Treats went above and beyond to inform their customers on what was happening and reschedule all of those Valentine orders, plus sent out gift cards, too. Wow! It would have been completely understandable to simply cancel without doing any of those extra things.
