I don't like chocolate, so the only one I had was oatmeal raisin. I loved it. They're huge thick cookies. The inside is nice and soft/gooey which I loved. My husband's favorite was the oreo one. We've been eating a lot of new cookies recently and this is definitely a good addition to Charlotte's cookie scene.

The lone employee appeared irritated that someone would want ice cream on a warm fall evening. When I asked for a single scoop of butter pecan her mumbled, marginally audible response was, "small, medium, or large." Since I couldn't get the question, I answered "Oh, sugar cone is fine." She did mumble a bit more audibly the second time, "small, medium, or large." I used my own best judgment. I figured a single scoop was a "medium." I did confirm with my wife and two daughters that a single scoop of ice cream is still a manageable request in an ice cream shop. So if you want decent ice cream in a nice environment - this is your place. If you want competent service, it will be catch as catch can.

Long story but in the end that same gentleman singlehandedly finished taking orders, jumped into the back and caught all of the walk up orders up by hustling back and forth. There were three people working the drive thru and he, alone, was taking orders and filling them. I wish I had his name to give him the proper props. There was a long wait but given the hustle of this one employee I was okay with the wait. I ordered the triple chocolate concrete. They were out of cookie dough so I substituted for brownie.
