While she was doing her best, it took almost 20 minutes to get a cold brew coffee (poured from the pitcher over ice...no real-time brewing required). In between making the matcha latte and vanilla latte orders in front of me, she was stopping to take additional orders and payment from new customers. Maybe that is the system that works for her, but it seemed much less efficient. From the business perspective, it meant I waited rather than leaving since I had already paid. Two other groups of customers ordered after me, and waited at least 15 minutes for to-go pastries. Perhaps consider staffing with 2 people on the weekend. Definitely worth a visit and everything I have tried has been delicious. It just may require a bit of patience.
