I had already checked my credit card bill and had been billed for the cake. He was extremely rude and said "there's nothing I can do because I'm on vacation!". I told him I would want a refund, to which he replied "I can't do anything as I'M ON VACATION". He didn't bother to tell me when he might do a refund. I reached out to him through Instant Messenger several times with no response. On November 15th, he replied on Messenger that he had refunded me on November 7th. Today is November 22nd and I STILL don't have the promised refund! I'm having to dispute it with my credit card...
