Late review as we stopped by during the Merry Christmas in July Celebration! This small batch bakery in Wooster was featuring adorable sweet treats like this Aloha Sugar Cookie Gingerbread Man! We also loved the Key Lime Cheesecake & S'more's Brownie! So many good options with fast and friendly service! They share a small parking lot with a florist and luckily Ott's Coffee mobile coffee shop was parked there that day too! read more

Still the best. Service is friendly, helpful, and never judges my XL orders. (Honestly, I should just buy partial ownership at this point.) This has saved me so many trips to Little Italy in Cleveland, and the filing and shells are every bit as good as what you'd find on Murray Hill. We special ordered Vegan Peanut Butter cookies over a week ago. When we went to pick them up we were shocked to see that they were 1/3 the size of all the cookies in the case. Not only were they tiny, we asked for vegan chocolate kisses to be placed on top, and there was NO Chocolate at all! We also felt that they were very dry, and questioned when they were baked. We felt that they may have sat there and dried out. Twelve vegan cookies for $30! We expect to pay for a special baked item, but the fact that they were not at all what we discussed. We gave the cookies back and left them at the store. Asked for a refund, and have not been given one yet. In fact Amy called us, and when we called back it was a game of phone tag and was told that she wouldn't be in for 4 more days. Very disappointing. read more

Reasonable prices considering the quality of the products! Very accommodating for custom orders! All of the staff members are wonderful and very friendly! The owner is very generous. She often gives discounts close to closing time on Saturdays! Their coffee is great, too. Also, they recently expanded their storefront to include many more seating areas and a public restroom! Although the cake tasted good it was not what I ordered. I specifically said to ice the cake in the same coconut, pecan icing every German chocolate cake is iced in. The birthday cake was for my BFF's 60th birthday and he's a he and didn't need or want roses. they also didn't put the coconut pecan icing between the layers. Ugh! What's a custom cake if it's not what you ordered? I'm not sure I'll use them again. So sad to mess up his birthday because someone couldn't follow directions. read more

My mom has come here several times before and placed many orders that went very smoothly. This year, however, she called the store several hours before picking up an order that she had made weeks prior and the order was neither ready, nor did it seem like it was ever placed. After several calls back and forth, the order was luckily pulled together but even when we got to the store an employee was still asking us what kind of cupcakes we wanted to order despite the fact that our order was in the back all set and ready to go. Very disorganized this year, unfortunately. And on the day of event, it is not a risk my mom is willing to take this time next year.
