They are not entirely engaging nor are they entirely aware of the front facing perspective that is necessary in order to set the tone for an outstanding customer experience. The service was fine and they got the job done. What was missing was engagement - eye contact - smiles that exuded in deeply genuine ways. It was evident that they have genuine smiles and engagement - but those were focused inwardly toward the group of coworkers with whom they seem to be focused on.
