Great selection of fresh baked pies, donuts, pastries, bread and jams. Highly recommend!

The baked goods are prolific in offering choices and portions. The ladies working were pleasant and provided quick service.

Definitely a hidden gem as it's not on any main road but I feel like you should make this a destination if you're from out of the area because it's a real Amish bakery! I feel like there is something for everyone here! My husband thought the Dutch apple pie was out of this world. I thought it was different because it was chopped oats. We were not a huge fan of the chocolate chip cookies, the texture kinda got me, and the chocolate chips were an interesting flavor. My mom thought the pecan tarts were so yummy. I could literally taste how fresh and homemade that dough was, I thought it was very good as well, but probably would try something else instead next time. The cinnamon roll was interesting because I thought it was a lot more Joey than we used to and it had an icing on top. I actually really liked it. I am not someone that likes the super glazed sweet stuff so this was the right amount for me. My husband and I were not huge fans of the Fry pies. They were glazed, which is a personal preference. But the filling was just too much for me, I like more writing than filling, especially in the middle. It was a little overwhelming. I also felt like they were filled with more of the canned stuff rather than fresh bc of the consistency. The fresh sourdough bread was out of this world. I'd definitely recommend getting a bread loaf!!! read more

We love stopping here anytime we head to Amish country. We love the tarts and the giant cream sticks.

Like there stuff I rarely walk out with out buying something like the big donuts you probably will do the same as I do

This is a hidden gem off the beaten path, if you didn't know it was there you would never know it is there. It is very authentic and rustic. Get there early!!!!!! We have tried many baked goods in the area and I have to say the glazed donuts were one of the best I have had. So light, pillowy and full of flavor. I was not so much a fan of the chocolate chip cookies, but my family loved the molasses and ginger cookies. read more

The maple cream stick was outstanding! The dough was light and the cream was fluffy, best one I have ever tasted! We also tried a cinnamon roll and apple fritter....oh my, they were delicious as well! Cannot recommend this bakery enough! The staff was friendly and the shop was clean with a wide variety of candies, noodles and breads. read more

Their honest hard workers making honest living they have great donuts staff very friendly helpful their great for community's

Purchased a peach pie, should have asked if it was made with fresh peaches! It was not! With fresh peaches so available you would think that's what they would use. Filling was from canned peaches, small pieces and lots of syrup. Peach Barn is within 1-2 miles. Paid $13.00! Sooooo disappointed! read more

Best kept secret among locals. Great amish baked goods at reasonable prices. Always made fresh read more

Great experience! Doughnuts are amazing and Service was great! My new go to when staying in town. read more

Much better prices than others. Cinnamon rolls were terrific. Apple fritters were basically Cinnamon rolls with apples included. Off the beaten path, but very good. read more

Do not understand how this is so highly rated. Cookies were below below average. Tarts were okay. Glazed donut was good but that was about the only thing. Nothing special at all. read more

Amazing Apple fritters. Enough said. But seriously, it has been fun over the years to watch Miller's Bakery grow and develop. The first time we went, there was no electricity. It's still a cash only business, but now there are lights. They have many delicious baked goods and even a small part of the store dedicated to other home made goods. The rustic table and tree stump stools invite you to enjoy a bite to eat while you're there, so we absolutely enjoyed that! They even provided coffee to go with all those goodies they sell. I highly recommend a visit here. read more

It's the best bakery!! Jelly Donuts, cheese cakes, cream filled long John donuts, raisin bread and white bread and date cookies. You can't go wrong with any of this. read more

This is my dad's favorite bakery so I went out of my way to stop by. The maple creamstick was absolutely amazing! This afternoon the mood was ambivalent and the Apple fritter, while big, was actually more like a cinnamon roll with barely any apples. It's still a good spot but could benefit from some warm smiles and better fritters. read more

Well that was worth the trip off the beaten bath. The cream sticks melt in your mouth and are filled full of light whipped icing. The mini apple fritters are the size of your face! We went around lunch time and the selection of donuts and bread was limited. There were several people ordering fry pies so I am guessing those are pretty good as well. We picked up some homemade noodles and garden bread to take home. read more

Wow. The biggest thing that stands out to me is FRESH. My mom and I agreed that we've had food straight out of the oven that didn't seem as fresh as this stuff. How do they do it? I enjoyed the cheese tarts, but I don't think they would get me back here on their own. And the maple iced cinnamon roll, raspberry fry pie, Apple fritter and rye bread were all well above average, but again, since it's a little off the beaten path, might not go often. But oh my, the iced black raspberry filled donut. Sorry, I need a minute. ...Ok. I don't even know where to start. The frosting? The filling? The dough? They were all perfection, and in the perfect ratio, plus it was huge and less than $2. There are whole blackberries in the filling. And tbh, I don't even normally think of blackberries as having a tremendous flavor, so that makes it even more impressive. But oh, the freshness. I forced myself not to eat it all in one sitting, and several hours later when I went back to it, it was still fresher than most donuts are right when you buy them. Again, I don't understand how they accomplish this. Btw, I didn't try any cookies this time, and I highly regret it now. (Side note: I was there on a Monday morning--maybe other days aren't as fresh??) read more

Miller's Bakery is worth the trip. It's rather small inside with no seating. There is no air conditioning. The young girl at the checkout seemed sad but very efficient. The bakery items (cinnamon roll, tarts, raisin cookie, apple fritter) are delicious. I recommend. read more

Everything is so amazing The cinnamon rolls are so good. They will make you weak at your knees

Without a doubt the best donuts on earth! An Amish treasure. We visit every single time.

Hidden gem, great pastries and great prices! The donuts, apple fritters and tarts are our favorites!

When visiting the Millersburg area Millers Bakery is always a must for us. They really are Masters of their craft! My favorites here are the apple fritters and the cheese tarts. The fritters are always nice and soft with fresh apples and to top that off they are the size of a dinner plate! The tarts are the size of your average cup cake or muffin and have a light flaky crust with a small amount of fruit filling in the bottom then topped off with a plain cheese cake filling, they are quite amazing. They do offer several other things along with a selection of bulk dried goods and baking supplies. I always have a hard time of leaving with anything but boxes of fritters and tarts! When in the area it's definitely worth a visit. read more

Excellent baked goods. Have enjoyed the donuts and breads over the decades! Always pleasant staff.

Best. Creamsticks. Ever!!!! Also, amazing cinnamon rolls and specialty bread loaves. We'll be stopping here every time we go!!!!

Went here while staying the weekend in Amish country. It's a hidden gem in the countryside. Best caramel frosted cream filled donut I've ever had in my life. And the strawberry rhubarb cheese tart was delicious too. I will always go here from now on when in the area. And go early, they sell out fast and it was very busy. read more

My Mom introduced me to this little bakery more than 15 years ago. Over the years, we have visited here for bread. There is no one in the area who makes bread like they do. They have a variety of breads, cookies, donuts, etc. You will be glad you stopped if you take the time to find Millers Bakery. read more

Miller's Bakery has been a family favorite for more than a decade now. When my parent's first discovered it on a weekend trip, the road was still dirt and they nearly drove right by the low building and tiny gravel parking lot. Since then, they have paved the road and expanded the seating area to a lovely porch overlooking the valley. And they are still serving the most incredible treats that have been drawing us back to this lovely little bakery for so long. They have the BEST apple fritters I have ever been lucky enough to eat. The cookies are huge and the tarts are unparalleled. For the more... frugal among us, they even have a 'day old' table where you can purchase things that did not sell the day before for a discounted price. Though, fair warning, there isn't usually much on the table because they tend to sell out by afternoon of most everything. Miller's takes the quality of their food seriously and everything they sell on the regular counter is baked that day. They are my favorite stop whenever we take a trip down to Amish Country. Pro Tip: make sure you arrive early as that is when they have the largest selection and everything is still hot! read more

Always a staple everything we come to amish country. Great service and always fresh donuts and pastries. Love millers!

Miller's bakery you get my rare five stars for many reasons. One you're the best. Cash only. The fritters are too die for, fry pies are good. They have awesome stuffed tarts, my favorite is the plain cheesecake. One of, if not the best Amish bakeries I've ever been in and visited. Recommend everyone stop and at least get an apple fritter. read more

Miller's Bakery - Cheesecake and pecan tarts yummm - Bakeries Near Me - Millersburg, Ohio

Nice bakery, lots of goodies, they have only one table to sit at, so if you want to sit and eat your pastries with a friend you have to get there early to fight for the one table, but the coffee is free. The staff seem to be Amish and not very friendly, so if you are looking for customer service this isn't the place, but if you want to grab your donuts and run, not bad. read more

This place is a treasure. Dry goods are excellent (I can't recommend the Java Smoothie drink mix enough) but the REAL star of this place is the baked goods. Caramel iced cinnamon rolls of delicious soft dough will give you the fuel to venture across the entirety of Amish country. The cheese tarts are exquisite (and yes, they freeze well, so stock up) Be aware they're a cash only business. read more

One word...Yum! If you go to Amish country, or even just driving through, you HAVE to go to Miller's Bakery. It's a small little place that's a little hard to find because it's off the beaten path. But it is so worth it. We go solely for the tarts, but the other stuff looks great too. They have the usual, breads, pies, cookies, jams, etc. Now on to these tarts... The tarts are probably the best thing I've ever tasted in my life, and I am seriously not exaggerating. They charge $0.75 each, and $0.80 for the pecan. They have different kinds, such as lemon, cherry, blueberry, strawberry and a couple of others, but the cheese tart is THE best. Go early. They are usually sold out of the tarts (or at least some of the flavors) by afternoon. We actually call ahead and place a special order for tarts when go. You will not be disappointed. And don't forget that just about everything in Amish country, including Miller's Bakery is closed on Sundays. read more

There are no words to describe the wonderment of the cheese tarts! Had I known they were going to be that good I would have bought more! The raisin cookies are roll-your-eyes delicious, and the cinnamon rolls and apple fritters looked awesome, but I had to stop somewhere. They also have home made noodles, pies, and bulk spices and mixes all at very reasonable prices. Do yourself a favor and stop at Miller's! read more

Where to start??? Everything is so good, so fresh and homemade. The rye bread is my favorite! Also, the little cheese tarts, I tried the plain and red raspberry, both so perfect! Not too sweet, the perfect size. Kind of a danish cheese filling but better! The fried pies and cinnamon rolls are amazing too!!! Bring cash, no credit cards accepted. A MUST STOP when in Amish Country! read more
