Fudgy with a small dollop of chocolate pudding in the middle. Waffle cookie tasted more like a blondie. S'mores was ok, the middle tasted like cookie dough. I've only been twice and they're actually really good cookies compared to some of the other bake shops like crumbl like they have really good ideas but blueprint has the finesse to create that idea into a really good cookie. Some of them I wouldn't get again but I do wish some would stay on the menu permanently. Snickerdoodle is really good and the cookie butter one and the one with the teddy graham on it & Oreo one those are just the ones I can remember but the ones I wasn't a huge fan of like the molten lava, it might be your thing. Prices are more on the expensive side, being close to $6 per cookie (the cookies are about 1.5x the size of a normal takeout cookie). The Oreo rice cookie was pretty solid but nothing amazing. I really, really wanted to like this. This place has so much going for it. You would literally be better off going to Walmart bakery section. First time I had these(few months ago), they were really good. This time, 1/25/25, everything was loaded with sugar and skimped on every other ingredient. The Victory Chip cookie had 2 chocolate chips in it, the oreo jam cookie had zero white chips. Everything was over-baked and dry. The red velvet (red zone rush #15) was literally bleeding out artificial looking red-40 dye all in to the cream cheese filling. Soft in the middle with a crunchy exterior and the salt on top just brought it to another level maybe the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had in my life. Also, the team was super friendly, they warmed up my cookie and cut it into pieces to make it easier for me to eat. They really seem like they were enjoying their job. It's also a really cute shop. There's no seats but they give you the cookies and these really nice boxes that look like a Blueprint. The boxes have some really cool information about how much the cookie costs and how much money they make the transparency of this brand is something I've haven't seen for many places. Not sure why this place has some bad reviews, Ive been there a few times and its always been great. I get the gluten free cookies and they are impressive. My family gets the regular and they have always liked them too. All the staff so far have been very friendly. The cookies are always better than how they look sitting out by the cashier.
