A woman came by our table with menus and told us about what we could order from the bar. I was completely sold when she told me she had an alcoholic drink that included Boba, which was called Boba on the Beach. It was really good. We looked over the menu which had a nice variety of Asian fusion type dishes. We placed our order and it didn't take too long for us to get our food. Everything was flavorful. After multiple holds spanning ~15mins on the phone, accusatory remarks of not placing the order at the right location, she was eventually told it would be ready at 8pm as scheduled and they could not accommodate the ~10min modification. No big deal, this was a Friday night, we get it. When she arrived right at 8pm, the order still wasn't ready, and staff seemed unsure what was going on. This was after we had already called to confirm it. Then we were told the system doesn't "trigger" the order until the scheduled time, which doesn't make much sense if you're offering timed pickups. In the end, the pizza didn't come out until about 30 minutes late for no clear reason. Really disappointing experience overall because the food itself was solid, but the breakdown in the ordering system and communication left a pretty sour impression.
