This pic shows them all! They were beautiful and soooo delicious!

I recently hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter in law. The cookies I ordered from Cookie Brokers were the stars of the day. They were so gorgeous, no one wanted to eat them! But when they did, everyone wanted more because they are out of this world delicious. If you are getting ready for Mother's Day, a graduation, a birthday or any other special event consider custom cookies from Cookie Brokers. They are the friendliest, cookie experts who will help you make anything you can imagine, into a magnificent cookie. I had mine individually wrapped with a ribbon tie. They were like beautiful little gifts for our guests.

I ordered cookies for a bachelorette party and they absolutely nailed the designs I requested. The cookies themselves were also delicious. They were super easy to work with, highly recommend for your next occasion!

We order several dozen custom cookies for my daughter's bridal shower on short notice. The staff not only was able to create amazing one of a kind cookies for us but they were ready to go when we needed them. They were a huge hit, especially with our out of town guests, and tasted great! Highly recommend and we will be doing business here again.

Lemon on left and top, white chocolate top right, blue Cookie Monster.

I don't know if I went on a bad day or what. The place smelled awful. Like when you go to a restaurant and the grease trap needs cleaning or they have an issue with their bathroom. When I opened my box of cookies, it had the same funky smell. I walked in and got half a dozen just to try. Good price, it was $9 and some change. Trust me, that's a good price. These are all big, soft cookies. Chocolate chip - a little too sweet but a standard chocolate chip Cookie Monster - they looked nothing like what you see pictured online. They are a blue dyed sugar based cookie with white chips I think. Tasted better than the standard chocolate chip and had the bonus of dying your tongue blue. Lemon - the icing on this cookie is nice and lemony, the cookie itself was good. White chocolate chip - sweeter than the Cookie Monster, but seem to be the same bookie base. The Cookie Monster tastes different because of the blue dye. I'd buy these again if I wanted cookies and didn't want to make them myself. The price is good, and they aren't a bad cookie. Crumbl cookies is down the street and those cookies are terrible, overpriced, and all sugar. The Cookie Broker's cookies are better.

Beautiful cookies and they taste just as amazing as they look. Everyone loved them. 5 stars all the way.

Cookie Brokers is awesome! Affordable price, great communication all the way through and the cookies not only looked great they tasted wonderful, too! The location was super easy to find and is decorated so cute. Great favor idea because who doesn't love a good cookie to take home after the party!?

I ordered some custom cookies recently for a friends birthday and they turned out even better than I had hoped! I sent a few inspiration photos and Gilbert was really responsive and helpful. The cookies taste great as well! Thank you so much for helping make my friends birthday special.

Sugar cookies with our logo. The color match was spot on!

I wanted to do something for my staff to kick off a new year. Someone recommended Cookie Brokers. After a quick look at Yelp and their website, I placed an order via email. The response from Gilbert, the owner, was extremely quick. I sent him our logo and colors. He took it from there. He made ordering easy. You pay online in advance which kept me from having to make a trip and go inside. When I picked the cookies up, I couldn't have been more pleased. They were absolutely stunning. The logo and colors were spot on. I hadn't even tried one and they already exceeded my expectations. As I requested, he put two in a cellophane bag and closed each up with a ribbon. I sent these to my employees on Wednesday for a Zoom meeting on Monday. Every employee said they were delicious and still fresh. When two packages got lost in transit, he helped me get them replaced right away. Cookie Brokers is a small family run business which is all the more reason to support this them. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend Cookie Brokers. I'm already thinking about who I can send cookies to for Valentine's Day!

Went to cookie brokers this week after driving past it for months. It is really cute inside and the staff was super sweet! I got a variety of cookies and their cookie bars and everyone loved them. I recommend this place for anyone who wants a variety of some tasty treats.

I was soo impressed when I came to pick up my order! I messaged them to see about pricing for a specific cookie I wanted for my daughter's birthday. They were very quick to respond. I ended up booking with them and it was an easy process. When I got there the cookies were ready and I was so happy because they looked just like the picture if not better. They tasted delicious and my daughter was so excited when she saw them. Definitely would order again!

This bakery is great! The customer service was wonderful. It was so easy to work with them and they saved the day by making a last-minute bulk custom order available in less than 24 hours. Would 100% recommend ordering from here!

Everything is soft and moist, there is public parking, and prices are reasonable. Great! 5/5 -The Carrot Cake Cookie, soft and moist just like the cake, with a cream cheese frosting. -The Peanut Butter Stuffed Cookie, filled with peanuts and chocolate, like a snickers inside a peanut butter cookie! MUST HAVE! -Pecan Bar Good! 4/5 -Smores Bar, marshmellow and melted chocolate topping on a graham cookie bar. Interesting one. -Pumpkin Cake, reminds me of a pumpkin bundt cake. Ok! 3/5 -Pumpkin Spice Cookie, a soft cake cookie, spice mix is different than the pumpkin cake, not as savory.

Try the carrot cake cookie! It'll change your life ;)

BEST cookie I've EVER had is their carrot cake cookie. Sooooooo good and flavorful. Any time I need cookies for anything from now on, I will be going to Cookie Brokers!!

It was my first time trying it and the combination of a warm cookie with ice cream was perfect. The ice cream melted into the toppings and made every bite so good! There is a nice variety of sweet treats, and the service provided by the team inside the truck was stellar. One of our student organizations was hosting The Scookie Bar, and after walking around their event, you could score a ticket for a complimentary Scookie. As we pre-ordered so many as incentives for our students, I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, something wasn't set up properly so we didn't have the cookies themselves, but we did have sundaes. We had six options to decide between. I went with The Standard consisting of vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce, and on a normal day, there would have bene a chocolate chip cookie, too. The other five options included the Chocolate Lover, The Celebration, The Signature, Reese's Lover, and The VNA. While I enjoyed the sundae, I'm sure it would have been even better with the cookie included. The Scookie Bar is "where the scoop met the cookie" and serves freshly baked, warm deep-dish skillet cookies also known as scookies. They have a location at The Churchill in Downtown Phoenix, though I would assume I would more regularly see them when their food truck stops by ASU. Their Churchill location is closed on Monday but open Tuesday through Friday from 5-10 PM and Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 10 PM. If you want to order catering, it includes 2 hours of service and a 100 scookie minimum. They can provide a Build Your Own Menu where guests can choose the cookie, ice cream, and toppings, or they can choose from the Signature Scookie Menu which is what ASU did. They have been operating since 2016 in Phoenix. Now that I realize that I was missing the chocolate chip cookie, I need to try it again with that included! I definitely recommend this sweet treat to others.

I can't speak on the customer service as we never left our table and our waited just walked over and got what we needed. We were pretty stuffed from our massive meal, but we decided on sharing a cup of gelato just to satisfy our sweet tooth. I peeked inside as our table was right at a little walkway from the restaurant to the bakery. Gelato is just one of many things they serve here. They also have all your typical Italian desserts. Cakes like tiramisu, pastries like Italian flag cookies, cookies like Italian wedding cookies, cannolis of different varieties, and of course gelato. What was suggested to us if we wanted gelato was the hazelnut flavor. I was expecting a little cup for the 6 of us just to get a taste, but what he brought over was a massive serving. I don't know how many scoops it was or even how much we even paid, but we all got plenty with some even left behind. Now this gelato was life changing. Probably the best I've had in the states. I know it's gotta be way better in Italy, but I'll take what I can when I can. Think of a Ferrero Rocher but in gelato form. It was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. It wasn't overly sweet and it had a little crunch with bits of chocolate and hazelnuts. My sweet tooth was extremely satisfied after having dessert here. I have literally been thinking about that gelato since I left Phoenix. Luckily this company has locations in Texas so I will definitely be seeking out this gelato soon.

As a born and raised New Yorker, I take food very seriously... and Italian pastries even more so…read more Just before Christmas, I was traveling from New Yawk (visiting my parents) back to Phoenix to attend a family dinner at my partner's parent's home in Scottsdale. While I was still in NYC with my family on XMas eve eve, it hit me... I need to bring something besides wine everytime I go to their home. Nor a Southern dish. I wanted something unapologetically New Yaek. And what's more New Yawk than a box of classic Italian cookies? After asking a few Yelp friends where to find the best Italian cookies in Phoenix, The Sicilian Baker kept coming up. I called them last minute on Christmas Eve eve, having never been there before, totally sight unseen. First of all, their voicemail is hilarious. Truly. If you do nothing else, call just to hear it. It will instantly make you want to order something. Once I reached a real person, I explained my situation, that I wouldn't be able to come in beforehand, I needed a beautiful cookie tray for about 14-16 people, and I had a few must have preferences. Without hesitation, they said, "We got you." I was assured it would be ready when I landed on Xmas eve. Sure enough, after my partner picked me up from the airport, we headed straight to The Sicilian Baker. Parking right out front, a huge plus. As soon as you pull in, you're greeted with Frank Sinatra playing, not just inside, but even in the parking lot. It sets the tone immediately. We walked in, gave my name, and within minutes a lovely young person brought out my tray. Ten minutes later, we were on our way. Easy. Efficient. Warm service that made me actually grab a small box of cookies to drop my besties home on the way outta there. I didn't even realize at first that there's a sit down restaurant next door where you can relax and enjoy something. Great to know for next time ;) . Now, let's talk about the cookies. Yes, they are on the pricier side, but every single dollar was worth it. The tray was robust. Classic Italian pastries across the board like lobster tails, tri-colored almond cakes, cannolis, and all the favorites you hope for when you're trying to impress a room full of potential inlaws. And impress it did. The moment I walked in with that tray, it was a hit. People were already claiming which pastries they wanted, plotting what they'd take home, and hovering before dinner was even finished. There was more than enough for 16 people, grand is the only word for it, which is my style 1,000%. To this day, they're still talking about those cookies which makes me phenomenally proud (and humbled). I say this in all my reviews, "I hate almost everything. I'm discerning. I'm critical. And when something truly represents what I stand for - quality, authenticity, and heart, I will shout it from the rooftops". The Sicilian Baker delivered New York level excellence in Phoenix! Do not walk, runswiftly to this place if you need a gift, a show stopping dessert, or simply want to treat yourself. I cannot wait to go back. Highly, highly recommended.

It's smooth, rich without being too heavy, and the flavor actually develops as you eat it instead of just being one-note sweet. You can tell they take this part seriously. Leave it outside the fridge for an hour and watch that cheesecake melt on your tongue crystals (if you have the patience for that) Their rotating monthly flavors keeps things interesting, and you're not just stuck with the same lineup every time. Out of what I tried, the banana pudding one was easily a standout--super nostalgic, creamy, and just done right without being overly sweet. The coconut one was also up there, more subtle but still really clean and flavorful. Love me some coconut! They also have a punch card system--buy 9 slices, get the 10th free--which is a nice touch. It lowkey turns into a mission because once you've tried one flavor, you kinda want to work your way through all of them anyway. Now...the downside. The customer service just isn't great. It's not aggressive or anything, just noticeably lacking. There's not much warmth or engagement--it feels pretty transactional. For a place that clearly puts effort into their product, you'd expect at least a baseline level of hospitality, and it's just not really there. So overall, if you're going to Banhams, go for the cheesecake. The rotating flavors keep it fresh, the quality is legit, and it's definitely worth trying. Just don't expect much from the service side, and you'll enjoy it a lot more.
