Of course, I had to grab both the Cook Out Sauce and their Honey Mustard, which are must-haves in my opinion. Everything came out quickly, and the food was hot and exactly what I expected from Cook Out. The staff were very friendly, and despite the restaurant being busy, the service was efficient and the wait for food was minimal. The only downside was the dining area bathrooms, which could have been cleaner. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's something the restaurant could improve for guests eating inside. Overall, I'd give Cook Out a 4/5. It's a classic "you get what you pay for" fast food restaurant with good value, quick service, and consistently satisfying food. After placing our order we waited for our name to be called when the food was ready. We tried the CBT burger ($12.00), Goomba burger ($14.00), Chevy Dawg ($9.00), and seasoned chips ($4.00). My favorite was the CBT burger. Both of the burgers came with double thick patties. The CBT burger had melted American cheese, caramelized onions, sliced long pickles, and a "special" sauce. I wish it had more of the sauce- wasn't much there to begin with. The sauce was a stone ground Dijon mustard mixture. The Goomba burger had melted havarti cheese, fresh arugula, sauteed buttered mushrooms, and a little lemon aioli. I was not a huge fan. The meat patties were a little dry. I could not finish the entire burger. Wasn't that impressed with the Chevy Dawg. It came with a light buttermilk coleslaw, pickled relish, yellow mustard, ketchup, and chopped deep-fried floured onions over an Angus hot dog. The hot dog bun was over toasted.
