The sourdough melt was very tasty as well which I wasn't expecting a beef patty with sauté onions in between. I was only expecting cheddar cheese and the sourdough bread. Boy was I wrong. I got it with their onion rings over the fries. It was crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside as each one was delicious. A bowl of their regular chili was wonderful and they also offer chili supreme as well. Lastly, the turtle sundae was cold and refreshing. Like other fast food restaurants, everything is MTO but the only difference is that Culver's products are fresh and not frozen. They also bring your food tray to your table as when you place your order, you are given a number sign. The customer service from cashier, BOH, FOH and on the floor was outstanding! My cashier named Trinity was very energetic, friendly and patient. After my experience with this first time visit, I can't wait until the one in Virginia opens because it will definitely be worth the drive.
