When I called this company's experts, the team sent three technicians in four hours. Frank arrived, and even though it was late and frigid outside, he was friendly. Fortunately, he had a spare igniter in his truck and soon discovered that the igniter was broken. In less than an hour, he had everything fixed. He took the time to check the rest of the system to ensure nothing else would go wrong. He also gave us some maintenance advice for the furnace to prevent this from happening again. We were appreciative when he left since the home was warm again.

We requested a comprehensive home energy assessment from this company. They went above and beyond what I had anticipated, a simple once-over. The professional tested HVAC performance, insulation levels, duct leaks, and even conducted a blower door test to find leaks and drafts for several hours. He compiled a list of fixes based on potential savings and produced a detailed report including thermal photos. We improved the attic insulation and sealed the ducts. The improvement has been amazing--the home stays more consistently conditioned and our heating and cooling system operates less frequently. We have already observed a 25% decrease in our utility costs. In addition to selling us equipment, They truly stand out for their expertise and transparency.

My furnace went out and my home warranty company HWA called him out to do a diagnostic on the unit. The owner (Demetrius Hughes) came out a day later after I filed the claim. He wasn't there no more than five minutes. He didnt look inside the unit. He didn't really even attempt to start it. He told me all this lies about my unit including I had water damage. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor by saying these are not cover charges but I'm going be nice today and say you have a crack heat exchange. At the time I thought he was a good person looking out for others. I told me that I would get this information to the company HWA so they could replace the unit ASAP. Now it's the winter time in Chicago. He never called the company. They called him several times for the information. They reached him 10 days later. At that point he told them that my unit needed to be exchanged After 7 days of waiting I a cold house with a sick child, I decided to call another company to see if my furnace was a quick fix. Polar heating and cooling came out the same day. The guy was down stairs 3 mins and was able to get the furnace to start. He said that it was NO WATER DAMAGE AND THERE WAS IN DEED A CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGE. He couldn't leave the unit running because it was kicking out too much carbon monoxide, he said it will need to be replaced. I reached excellent service from this company. I told the guy from polar that since this is a covered service we will wait for our home warranty to replace it. Even after we got the approval for the replacement unit. The guy from Your way kept giving us the run around about everything. Saying that HWA never called him to say the new unit was available to pick up. WE called HWA several times they indicated that your way heating has been informed that the replacement until was able to be picked up. It had already been over 10 days without heat. They told him on a Wednesday that the replacement unit was able to pick up. My home went close to a month without heat in the cold Chicago months before he finally got it installed.
