I wanted a proper UniFi WiFi 7 setup for my home, and during my research Control Freaks was the team that stood out. During the planning phase they answered every question I had and suggested smart ideas to future-proof the install, thinking through work I might do down the line so it'd be done right the first time. On install day they worked efficiently and knocked out the whole system in one day: a UX7 gateway, a Flex 2.5G PoE++ switch, 2 U7 Ceiling Mount APs, 1 U7-IW wall-mounted AP, PoE++ injectors, and CAT6 drops run to the office, family room, and nursery. I initially contacted Control Freaks (Jonathan and Michael) about my central alarm system which wasn't working. Jonathan came out to assess the situation and recommended installing a state-of-the art system. Additionally, he recommended replacing my old AT&T DSL internet with Spectrum fiber and adding a UniFi router/WiFi and replacing my old AT&T landline with a UniFi Talk phone system.
