Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. They asked me to take pictures of my equipment so they knew what to buy before They arrived. They got the pics, wrote a quote, and sent me a contract prior to coming over. My wife and I have just purchased our first home, in Fountain Valley, and the previous owners had left us the equipment for their home surround sound. He didn't tell me to go out and buy unnecessary gadgets or electronics nor did he try to up-charge us on things he could install or sell us personally. Less then a week later he was in our living room working on getting us all set up. Being that I had the day off I did some painting while Louis did the wall cutting and wiring. Kind of nice to get to work on your own home side by side with an expert. He answered any and all questions I had and more.
