After my appointment with Asi I was very pleased with his work and professionalism. Asi provided us sketches and photos of our home, and didn't rush through appointment with us, explained every details to us, answered all of our questions. They also provide us with a clear vision of our home upon completion of the project. I was amazed by his and the companies friendly, organized and dedicated staff to their customers. When Asi and his team started their project on our home they were not interfering with our daily, busy lives. They were very responsible and ethical in their work. The team was considered of our feelings, opinions and suggestions thorough out the whole time. Also the amazing part about this whole experience is that Asi and the Real Construction team was able to complete the project earlier then anticipated, which made me reallyyyyy happy. At the end they have exceeded all of my expectations. My beautiful kitchen and master bathroom looks breath taking, our now newly raised ceiling is magical. One of the walls was really uneven, causing the molding to pop off soon after it was installed; the shower caulk job was very messy; the shower/wall tile was cut really poorly for the shower installation so we needed bigger outlet covers to cover up their mistakes; the vanity was permanently damaged with paint and scraped. Moreover, communication was sporadic and they made mistakes despite us giving clear directions. There didn't seem to be much oversight of the crew. I would not recommend.

When we confronted him about this and many other deceptions including trying to sell me over $50,000 of countertop stones I had never seen or picked out, removing services he had initially promised and etc...., he refused to refund our money and now is suing to extort another $90,000 for doing and giving us absolutely nothing. I know within the first five minutes of a meeting whether someone truly understands what they're doing or whether they're just telling you what you want to hear. The moment I walked into Torossian Kitchen and Bath and met Arbi, I knew immediately I was exactly where I needed to be. My business partner and I are currently completing a multi-million dollar residential project that has been three-plus years in the making. A project of this scale and timeline comes with its share of disagreements, and one of the biggest between my partner and me was the kitchen layout. I had a very specific vision -- an open concept galley kitchen with an island as the centerpiece. The challenge was incorporating a product called the Invisacook Invisible Induction Cooktop, which mounts underneath the countertop surface, essentially turning the entire island into usable workspace rather than dedicating a portion of it to a traditional cooktop. My partner wasn't familiar with the concept and was pushing for a conventional PITT gas cooktop. I needed someone who could not only understand my vision, but help bring it to life and ultimately help sell it to my partner. Finding an authorized Invisacook dealer was no easy task. I reached out to every vendor I've built relationships with over the years -- nobody carried it. I went directly to Invisacook and was given two authorized showrooms. One of them was Torossian Kitchen and Bath, and I am genuinely grateful it was. Arbi didn't just listen -- he got it. He was patient, thorough, and never once made me feel rushed. Over the course of several weeks, I was in and out of his showroom as we worked through material samples for the full kitchen. Then Arbi did something that separated him from everyone else I've worked with -- he proactively suggested reimagining the adjacent laundry room and powder room, tying them together with the same finishes as the kitchen for a cohesive, elevated result. That kind of thinking isn't common. That's someone who genuinely cares about the outcome. And that care extended well beyond the showroom. I had another challenge with my business partner -- Torossian Kitchen and Bath is located in LA, and our project is in San Francisco. The distance alone was enough for my partner to have reservations. Arbi looked us both in the eye and gave us his word that he and his team would personally schedule and manage all deliveries and installation. He has kept that promise every step of the way. When the day came to bring my client into the showroom, Arbi showed up in a way that honestly impressed even me. While some work was completed, there were delays, communication challenges, and parts of the project were left unfinished. By October 2024, progress had stopped, and despite follow-up attempts through March 2025, the remaining work was not completed. Some areas also showed issues such as peeling paint and window damage that were not addressed. Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.
