Here is how we found him: My wife and I originally made a deal with one of the big, national companies that constantly offers "half-off" promotions on their junk mailers (side note: it's not really half off, they just artificially double the price and then reduce it to the same rates Jeff originally charges). Anyway, on the day of installation for our two master bedroom closets, the National company shows up late with the WRONG plans and the installer blames me for the misunderstanding. Their dispatcher has no idea where my order is in their system, and the supervisor was a condescending jerk. So my wife and I fired them and started to frantically call every other big brand-name installer in LA, only to be told that the earliest available appointment would be mid-October!! It was unreal - our closets were completely gutted and our clothes were spread all over our spare bedroom. Fortunately, we found West Coast Organizers via this very Yelp page and appreciated the positive reviews about Jeff. When we called the number, Jeff personally answered the phone - no small army of dispatchers and customer service reps; just one man running a small, local business! I was so relieved to talk directly to him and not have to press 5 different menu options and be on hold for an hour. Jeff came over the very next day, took measurements and reviewed the concepts the designer from the National closet company made. He pointed out many mistakes, including that the closet design would have blocked the access panel to our master tub and that several feet of top space would have gone unused. Jeff gave us an estimated installation date of 10 days. He called 7 days later and said everything was ready, so he installed both of our closets 2 days earlier than expected!! Jeff's work is flawless. We can't wait to get him and his team started on our next project.

I started out getting estimates from a few companies like closet w**ld - they estimated $7000 to do this project in 4 weeks USING PARTICLE BOARD. I then went to a specific wallbed company's showroom. They don't make the custom matching desks and wanted $4000 just for the wallbed. Classic Wood Craft did this custom made project in 2 weeks using real knotty alder wood (unstained) for $5000!!
