Finding Jeff and his WCO team was the miracles of miracles this summer!!! I can't even begin to convey how highly I recommend Jeff for his responsiveness, professionalism, personal attention to detail, and excellent prices. Here is how we found him: My wife and I originally made a deal with one of the big, national companies that constantly offers "half-off" promotions on their junk mailers (side note: it's not really half off, they just artificially double the price and then reduce it to the same rates Jeff originally charges). Anyway, on the day of installation for our two master bedroom closets, the National company shows up late with the WRONG plans and the installer blames me for the misunderstanding. Their dispatcher has no idea where my order is in their system, and the supervisor was a condescending jerk. So my wife and I fired them and started to frantically call every other big brand-name installer in LA, only to be told that the earliest available appointment would be mid-October!! It was unreal - our closets were completely gutted and our clothes were spread all over our spare bedroom. Fortunately, we found West Coast Organizers via this very Yelp page and appreciated the positive reviews about Jeff. When we called the number, Jeff personally answered the phone - no small army of dispatchers and customer service reps; just one man running a small, local business! I was so relieved to talk directly to him and not have to press 5 different menu options and be on hold for an hour. Jeff came over the very next day, took measurements and reviewed the concepts the designer from the National closet company made. He pointed out many mistakes, including that the closet design would have blocked the access panel to our master tub and that several feet of top space would have gone unused. Jeff gave us an estimated installation date of 10 days. He called 7 days later and said everything was ready, so he installed both of our closets 2 days earlier than expected!! Jeff's work is flawless. We can't wait to get him and his team started on our next project. read more

We recently had West Coast Organizers give our closets a full makeover and custom-build a maple cabinet and shelf unit--and we couldn't be happier with the results. Jeff and his co-owner came out for the initial appointment, took all the measurements, and gave us the quote on the spot. No back-and-forth or waiting around. Their communication from start to finish was outstanding--clear, professional, and always prompt. Jeff personally oversaw the whole project, and it shows in the quality and attention to detail. We had two closets redone--a walk-in and a reach-in. The reach-in now has seven adjustable shelves that we're using for shoes, plus four smooth-gliding drawers. The walk-in was a bit more complex, with some layout obstacles to work around, but they handled it like pros. It now has two drawers, flexible shelving, and upper and lower chrome hanging bars that really maximize every inch of space. They also built a beautiful maple shelving and cabinet unit into a recessed wall space. It was custom color-matched to our kitchen cabinets (which we didn't even think was possible!), and the results are flawless. The bottom third has three doors for hidden storage, and the upper shelves are perfect for books and knick-knacks. It's become a real focal point of the room. Installation for the closets was done in under two weeks, and the custom maple unit was completed before the third week as promised. Everything was fast, clean, and fairly priced. On top of that, Jeff and his team were just genuinely friendly, courteous, and easy to have in our home. Jeff even hit it off with our cats--always a good sign! We'd absolutely recommend West Coast Organizers to anyone looking to upgrade their closet space or add beautiful custom cabinetry. Top-notch work, great people, and an all-around excellent experience. read more

We just finished a 3-closet remodel with Jeff and I have no hesitation in giving him a very good recommendation. His quote was very fair for the work done and his installation was when he said it would be. He and his crew worked for two days during the hottest heat wave in the Valley to get the job completed. He is very responsive and responsible. We had some concerns after the installation and needed a few things fixed but he came back immediately and took care of it. We've dealt with other vendors for projects and those experiences were costly, stressful and done poorly but I am so happy to say that the opposite applies to Jeff and West Coast Organizers. Jeff cares about his work and really does want to make his customers happy. If you are looking to get your closets redone I would definitely recommend giving Jeff a call. read more

There can certainly exist many more instances when an interaction with a vendor is satisfying, rewarding and totally fulfilling. I recently had just such an experience with west coast organizers Jeffrey, the owner, proprietor of West Coast organizers, Inc was an old world craftsman and a take charge no nonsense kind of guy. His instincts and design sensibilities were pitch perfect. He designed an organizer that met my needs and accounted for everything my budget would allow. I am grateful for his honest and and clear guidance. His crew was also equally well trained, respectful and efficient. Thank you again Jeffrey. May our paths cross again. Wishing you continued success and property. Bravo, good Sir! read more

I called West Coast Organizers during business hours about a week ago to ask for an estimate for closet organizers in our bedroom closet. No answer. Went to their website and filled out their 'contact us' page and received auto confirmation of that they received my request. However no one has bothered to e-mail or call me back. I guess they don't need any more business? read more

We love our 3 closets that WCO designed, customized and installed. They also installed new shelves in our hallway cabinets. WCO was a referral from my sister. WCO also designed, customized and installed beautiful shelves for my sisters rental unit. That was the key to her rental unit renting right away. Great job! read more

Fantastic job! We did not plan ahead properly and needed the job done quickly, Jeff told us he would finish it in 10 days to and was able to even come a few days earlier and work on Saturday to have it done for us even quicker than promised. Every other company we spoke to had told us it would be 4-6 weeks or even longer, one company was able to do in 2 weeks and came out with fancy drawing software etc however we went with Jeff after he pointed out MAJOR construction considerations that the other company had completely missed. ie. floor not being level, pipe in the way of hanging bar and several other small details that would have made that company's fancy plans just simply not work. We love Jeff and would highly recommend his work to anyone! read more

We had a good experience with West Coast Organizers. On our last house we had one of those large closet companies build out a custom step in and while it was fine at the end of the process, getting there came with a lot of hurdles we didn't want to deal with again. When we moved into our new house, custom closets in our main bedroom were first on my wishlist - one walk in & one reach in. Jeff responded quickly, asked for confirmation that I had already received a quote elsewhere, then made himself available to meet at my house the next day. When he arrived, I explained what I wanted and he told me what he could offer. I was hoping we'd get a better deal (based on these yelp reviews saying they saved a ton) but the price was around the same as the big brand. We went with Jeff because his installation timeline was two weeks, better than the 3 month estimate given by the big brand company. After a full day install, we have two beautifully built custom closets in our bedroom and I can't stop looking at them! We did have a minor communication issue about painting. I was under the impression they were painting the whole closet, it was really just a patch/touch up - so be sure to get a color match for your closet if you pay for this service. Overall, would recommend Jeff and his team. read more

Great work Jeff!! All the closets are now functional and usable for everything from winter clothes to baby clothes to all kinds of storage. The daily help will certainly be our new pantry drawers that slide all the way out. The fixed planks were useless. Now we can see everything hiding in the back in one sliding view. If you're looking for quality results at the price you want for all your closets and even the doors and kitchen too, Jeff makes it happen - fast. read more

I was looking for a company, who can make nice and smart closet for my father in law. I needed it in 2-3 days maximum, which is in pandemic situation almost impossible. It was Friday about 3p.m, when I started to call companies. They all said to do the custom closet will take from 2 - 8 weeks. In my luck, I found Jeff. He was at our house by 6p.m, took all the measurements, and in three days beautiful custom closet for my father in law was ready, and installed. He loves it!!! Thank you Jeff for such good and fast service provided. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. read more

Jeff and West Coast Organizers were easy to work with, and most importantly, the result was exactly what we were looking for. He was able to deliver at a lower price and a much quicker timeline than anyone else we spoke to. I cannot stress this enough: it took only ONE WEEK from putting down my deposit to when my perfect new closet was installed. Other quotes were 8+ weeks. He also was able to deliver the full package by offering affordable demo work of my old, barely usable closet. Thanks West Coast Organizers for everything! read more

Mediocre craftsmanship, at best. Showed up for installation at a different time than promised. Incorrect installation of some items. Also, missing items required several unreturned phone calls to rectify. In addition, the shelving, walls and floors were not cleaned very well after installation. On a positive note, we have closets but, at some point, all the mistakes will have to be fixed. As a note, there were several reviews that mirrored our experience, but they have since disappeared. Three stars because we have closets. read more

My fiancé and I moved into a home with a spacious walk-in closet but it had absolutely no shelving or drawers. I received several estimates, and Jeff gave us the most fair pricing. He then drew a closet layout on the spot... he made sure to maximize the space. We also had two sliding door closets that he suggested we also remodel to allow for better organization. Although apprehensive at first.. we are so happy with went with his recommendations. On top of this, Jeff and his workers were able to get started within 2 weeks and finished all three closets in ONE DAY! Other companies I spoke with had a 4-6 week waiting periods.. overall I'm very happy with the results. read more

Jeff is so wonderful! We searched and searched and got a few estimates but we didn't feel right about some of them. Our final call was to Jeff. He had time to come out right away. He measured our closets and designed them to our specs right there. No waiting. 2 weeks later, he had the materials and was ready to rock. His guys came in and finished our closets (2) in a day and a half. Jeff is friendly, polite and professional. We have more closets that need remodeling and he is our go-to guy. STOP LOOKING! HIRE JEFF!! P.S. I was too busy to take before and after pictures, but I will next time! read more

I am so happy to have found Jeff. He did an amazing job with our custom built closet. Throughout the process his communication was excellent. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and was very easy to work with. I needed the closet to be built asap and he was able to do that in two weeks with a great estimate, where other places quoted me for double the price with a 6 to 8 weeks lead time. He installed my closet and doors all in one day and the quality is top notch. I would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone. read more

After reading the reviews here, I decided this was the company we wanted to do our master bedroom closet. Jeff came out quickly (wearing his mask) and discussed the options for shelving and doors. He was more conservative with my budget than I was, but I didn't want any compromise on quality. We opted to prepare the space ourselves because I had some ideas I didn't discuss with Jeff. He and his guys came out as soon as we had the space ready and had the job done flawlessly and in record time. So very nice to work with. Looking forward to more projects with him. (We surprised him by planking the back wall with cedar before he arrived). read more

We were on a tight timeline as we needed a closet system done before we moved in to our new home. WCO was the first company I reached out to for an estimate. Jeff is straight forward and to the point. I didn't quite know the best closet system design for our small walk-in closet yet so I was open to suggestions. I sent him dimensions and pictures of the space and he gave me an estimate for the basic closet system and depending on the number of drawers, the cost would increase. He also told me to get estimates from other companies and if I decided to go with him, that's when he would come out, measure and give design suggestions. His pricing was comparable to another company but the reason we went with Jeff was because he could get it done the following week... exactly what we needed.
