A local recommended this coffee spot to us and it was a great suggestion! We ordered the Moroccan mint tea and vanilla maple latte and we both enjoyed our drinks. Both of us agreed it was a 5/5! We would definitely come again and recommend to others! FYI- this cafe is also open super early in the morning which was great for us!

I liked this breakfast spot so much that I came back the following day on vacation and ordered the same thing. The crepes were my favorite.. they had a cream sauce that was silky and had a hint of cream cheese in it (I think) and the strawberries were fresh and the crepe was delicate. I am obsessed. I also loved the chai tea, but make sure to specify what kind of milk you want because I think the 2nd day was almond milk maybe and I prefer whole. The monte cristo sandwich was good and came with the blueberry dip on the side but not as good as the crepes. You can sit inside or outside, it seems like to get busy from time to time but the service line seemed to move pretty fast. (They call your name at the counter when food is ready and you pick it up & bus your own table.) It was very cute and had lots of plants. My new favorite spot in Marquette.

This was unexpectedly some of the best coffee I've had in Michigan. Contrast Coffee is a bougie, little coffee shop tucked away in Marquette. I stopped by here for some caffeine before a long drive. I ordered an iced coffee. Very smooth and delicious. Besides coffee, they also sell crepes and paninis and even merchandise. There is seating available which makes it a great spot for hanging out or studying. Service was friendly and quick. Great coffee shop. Will definitely be back!

Cortado, cortado, cortado. I blame celebrity chef Alton Brown https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alton_Brown for turning me on to these coffee drinks. Instead of foamed milk like you would get in a latte or cappuccino, a cortado is half *steamed* milk and half espresso. It's supposed to be served in a short glass. This morning at Contrast, not only was it served in the proper glass but it was a perfect pour. Delicious, rich coffee and when it's only half milk and half espresso, you can really taste the coffee. I spent about two hours here, working and surfing on their internet. It's a comfy spot and they have a regular flow of customers coming and going. I enjoyed my time here! Cute little coffee shop located in Marquette where you can easily park on the street. We went late afternoon for a quick caffeine pick me up. The food is served until 3pm and they have crepes and sandwiches. They have seasonal lattes which are fun, I tried the honey lavender one and enjoyed it. The interior was clean and spacious; I loved all the plants too!

WOW My matcha latte was delicious! Three things I look for when I enter a new coffee shop: 1. Is there matcha 2. Is there almond milk 3. Is there lavender syrup The answer here is yes to all 3 AND they made my latte perfectly! A lot of times when I order a matcha latte add lavender syrup it really lacks in the sweetness department but this latte was perfect all around. Prefect amount of sweetener and perfect amount of lavender flavor. The flavors they had for the lattes sounded delicious. My boyfriend had a tough time choosing but went with the almond maple. He really enjoyed it. They also sell crepes here and have a cute little crepe station. They sell both sweet and savory and they looked delicious.

A great place to get a unique latte, or delicious cup of coffee and watch the world go by. Whether you're a local looking for your daily caffeine fix or a traveler seeking a taste of Marquette's vibrant coffee culture, Contrast is a must-visit destination. Your taste buds and your soul will thank you.

My cold brew was fantastic and the service was friendly. The food was just okay, ordered an avocado toast with an egg on top and a strawberry walnut salad. The toast was kind of underwhelming, and each dish had a drizzle of balsamic which made it taste the same. Overall a lovely spot for coffee and a hangout.

The Purple Haze, typically comes 3/4 lemonade, 1/4 blue jasmine tea, but I got it 3/4 tea, 1/4 lemonade!

Got the Purple Haze! It's agave, lemonade and blue jasmine tea, so refreshing and hit the spot on this summer day. I told the barista that I prefer more tea to lemonade and that's what she gave me. Super friendly staff and lovely, chill environment. Will be back! So impressed

The coffee is just ok. The food is not good, so don't go there to eat. The staff is friendly. A good place to sit and watch traffic-

Great coffee drinks and I dig the vibe. My wife would probably get the maple latte every day if we lived in Marquette.

Good coffee, great spot & chic atmosphere! I hope to go back, next time I'm in Marquette, to try the crepes.

Got a pour over and was very unimpressed. The coffee was burnt and tasted awful. Definitely will not recommend or return.

The worst matcha I have ever had in my life…read more... Visiting my best friend in Marquette we went to her favorite coffee place... cruise-n-coffee. I don't drink coffee but most coffee places offer really good tea latte alternatives like matcha or chai. After scouring the menu I finally found matcha listed on the seasonal menu... and to my surprise it was my favorite matcha latte of all time, matcha lavender. I have never had a matcha that was so bad it was undrinkable until I ordered matcha from here. I have had matcha lattes that lacked wow factor but were still drinkable... not this one...There was no matcha flavor but a weird hint of fruit... like they accidentally added strawberry or something to it? I should have known they didn't know matcha when I ordered and she asked if I wanted espresso in it... I took one sip... had everyone else try because I was that shocked by it... and threw it away... My boyfriend got the strawberry shortcake latte and it was pink.. not sure if there was any coffee... but he drank half and tossed it.. My bestfriend enjoyed her latte which i think is the only thing they really know how to make.. she did tell me that someone she knew ordered a plain latte before and it was disappointing so just stick with their cool flavors like almond joy and DO NOT stray from the latte section.
