One of the light mechanisms in an old factory pen lamp was screwed up more than I could decipher with a voltmeter. I brought the offending light to Berkeley Lighting, and they dove in and fixed the problem with only a little bit of digging through the spare bits of a hardware box. I am pleased beyond belief, and I know where I'll be going the next time I need to purchase lighting.

They replaced with newer generation bulbs that are more resilient to such conditions when installed in rain gutters.
