Great service and super helpful staff!…read more I came in looking for redwood to fix the side of my house. I had searched everywhere and no one seemed to carry what I needed in-store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Brian, who explained that the redwood I needed usually has to be custom ordered and takes about two weeks to arrive. I told him I couldn't wait that long because my contractor had already removed the old wood, and the side of my house was basically wide open. Without hesitation, Brian went into the back to check what they could do -- and came back with great news: he was able to get me the supply as soon as the next day! I've been to Redwood Fence Supply Co. before, and every time I come in, I have a great experience. They're always accommodating and go the extra mile to help. If you need quality redwood and solid customer service, I definitely recommend this place! Ken

Really appreciate that they listened to my concerns and issues with the delivery and then, they went above and beyond to replace a few pieces of trim/rails as well as the concrete bags. He also was genuinely interested in my DIY fence project and even checked out the progress and gave tips on staining the panels to ensure they last for a long time. Overall, very glad I went with Redwood Fence Supply instead of a big box store or other lumber yard - they really care about the customer and if there is a slip up, they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

I was looking for some SquareD quad breakers to add a surge protector to my solar PV load center…read morethat had all spaces full. Those breakers have been discontinued and are nearly impossible to find since the start of the pandemic. Fortunately, EPC had several suitable models. Unfortunately, the price for that breaker was out of this world. It would have cost less in parts to buy a new larger panel and new breakers. However, with labor rates, it still made sense to pay several times the MSRP for the breaker.

He's very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt confident in what I was getting. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality of the products. Very disappointed with the quality of the products. The polycarbonate feels cheap and not nearly as…read moredurable as I expected. It scratches extremely easily, even when you try to handle it carefully. Installation was also much more difficult than it should have been. I bought the sheets and accessories together expecting everything to work well as one system, but it honestly feels like some of these products were not designed to work together. The tape does not stick well to the polycarbonate, and the connectors are extremely tight and very difficult to install. Overall, the whole installation took far more time and effort than I expected. For the price, I expected much better quality and a system that was easier to install. I would not recommend wasting your money on this product. If I had known what I was getting, I definitely would not have bought this crap.

I decided to replace the aged fiber glass roof panels of my patio with polycarbonate panels,…read morebecause of their durability and versatility. After researching various suppliers, I chose Polycarbonate Depot, located at 1185 Campbell Ave, San Jose, CA, which is owned and operated by Nate, a knowledgeable individual. I visited the warehouse twice, bringing my contractors along to gain additional insights into the installation process. Nate was helpful throughout, even delivering the panels to my home, which I greatly appreciated. However, I do have some feedback regarding my experience. I chose the light bronze color for the panels, but I was disappointed to find that they appear quite "clear" once installed and with the summer heat in California, my patio has become UNBEARABLY hot, despite the UV protection of the panels. It rendered the patio UNUSABLE! I believe that Nate should have provided  more advice on tint selection, particularly regarding how different colors can affect heat absorption during peak sun hours. I wish I had received more guidance on this aspect, as it would have helped me make a more informed decision. In no way that I'm blaming Nate. I was dead set on the light bronze color without knowing that the effect when installed looks very "clear". I am currently having to explore  ways to reduce the heat, such as installing shades underneath the patio cover. Currently, I have four umbrellas under the cover to help with the heat. Overall, I appreciate Nate's professionalism and the quality of the product, but I would recommend that future customers discuss color options in detail to ensure they choose the best fit for their needs.  Also be sure to take the polycarbonate panels outside under the sun to determine if that is the level of shade that you want.
