An employee at spirit customer service desk, where you check ur QR code, to get on the plane, was rude to me right before I scanned my QR code. I'm not about to walk on egg shells when I'm supposed to be getting the hospitality from customer service. Otherwise, the flight attendant helped me put my bag in a bin up top, and the flight went smooth. But passengers always MAD and hating when it's time to de-board. Some Indian lady had an attitude lol and talking about waiting her turn to get off the plane when no body has to wait, anyone can go with the flow of traffic. They need to mange the exiting style a little better. I notice this every time I exit a plane passengers are either hot or cold. I guess you can pay additional to sit in front so u can get off the plane first... but who wants to do that? lol Anyways I sent spirit feedback and complained about my in flight experience already and I'll be waiting for an email back!

I can easily pack 2-3 days in a private carrying bag. I duck and dodge those luggage fees like a Champ. If space is needed for return flight due to a little shopping, I'll ship my things home from a local post office. Under 15 bucks for hubby and I. Ain't no shame in my game. It was a long one, but worth it to avoid connections and an 8 or 9 hour travel day vs a 5 hour direct flight. Cost was decent, gate agent was friendly and efficient. Gate area was a bit cramped, but that's more BWI than SW, but we did have several groups wrapped around and through the seating area. Flight out was delayed the moment we all boarded. The team gave folks the option to deplane individually, a few took them up on the offer, but most, including myself, just stayed put. Overall, solid Southwest experience. While not a huge fan of BWI, I would fly SW out or in again without issue.

Boarding the plane still has not gotten better at the BWI gates. The app tells you it's an "on…read moretime" departure and boarding "closes" while passengers are still in line. It was so bad this trip that they had to stop boarding in the middle of Group 5 as the line was backed up in the gangway out to the airport itself (see picture)! The app states boarding stops at 5pm at 5:06pm with an on-time departure at 5:10pm (see picture) even though the rest of Group 5 and 6, 7 and 8 have yet to board!! Southwest needs to improve their boarding process since they went to this new Group alignment. They also need to make the app accurately state the planned departure time on a real-time basis. I do not see Southwest retaining its "Economy Class #1 Customer Satisfaction" rating (as advertised on the side of the plane) given the majority of Economy passengers are in Groups 5-8!

I spent over 2 hours on the phone (mostly on hold) at 1am trying to reschedule our flight and choose our seats since I paid to choose my seats. The Delta phone agent was extremely rude and not helpful. She informed me to speak to the Delta representative or agent at the airport for a possible bag credit for all this inconvenience. When we arrived to BWI airport (Baltimore Metro) the in-person Delta agent was the nastiest rudest person I have ever met. Not only was she disrespectful she did not care what the phone rep had told us and would not even print our boarding passes. Due to Delta cancelling our flights. We had to take a longer flight that left earlier and landed later. Those changes made us change our transportation to and from the airport. Now I had additional out of pocket expenses for parking and Ubers. That I would not have had if the original flight had been kept. When we finally arrived in Honolulu, the pilot arrive to early and then we missed our gate time window and we spent and extra hour on the plane before we can debark. Both the phone and in-person agent informed me that I could make a complaint on Delta's website. I made a formal complaint on 8.3.26 on Delta's website and received a generic no-reply email that they would respond within 48 hours. I have never heard anything from Delta. Delta has no empathy to anyone's situation. Their customer service agents need more training and lack any customer service skills.

We were in Business Class - the seats were very comfortable. What was not comfortable was the temperature of the plane. We were cold the entire 4 hours plus flight. We asked many times for more heat and the flight attendants crew tried, but to no avail. Surprisingly, there were no blankets on board. They did start us of with offers of drinks - we had diet cokes. The only food served to us were bagged snack - not very impressive for business class.

Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I simply encourage all of you to get confirmation by phone, email, AND text if you don't want your full payment to be a donation to the business. =)

It's not there just yet, as most of the public and gate areas are still in need of updates and refreshes, but the areas they have improved, especially the restrooms in the terminals, is a step in the right direction for sure. I usually utilize BWI when I can get a good direct on Southwest, and my latest visit here was because just that...I was headed ti San Diego and there were no directs from DCA, so I traveled the 45 minutes to BWI to make it happen. Drop off here is pretty standard, as is security. Neither had delays or craziness, but I also flew in a Thursday morning. I gave myself more than enough time, which actually turned out to be more than needed. The airport is massive, but flows well from concourse to concourse. Moving sidewalks, wide terminal hallways and clear directional signage help. There are plenty of shopping and dining options throughout BWI, and each terminal/concourse is equipped with a few options, but if you don't like any of them, the other terminals are a few minutes away. I was flying out of B, but dined in C. Only issues, that I know they will solve eventually, is the gate areas. They need an update and some of them need an update in flow. Overall, BWI is a decent airport and checks all the boxes needed when traveling to or from the area!

The light rail was only $2 and dropped me off right next to the convention center, which was exactly where I needed to go. From there, everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient. My only complaint was the limited rail hours. It normally stops around 11:45 p.m., but the night I flew in, service ended at 11 p.m., which was a little inconvenient. I ended up taking the bus into town instead, which did save me a little money, but it took a bit more time. Overall, a very convenient and affordable transportation system!

I wasn't notified until after I paid the taxi to transport me, paid for a COVID test, and needed to find a place to stay for the night. The JetBlue employees were no help and didn't know what to say when I asked about hotel accommodations. They asked me to wait around the airport until someone could figure out instead of suggesting to call or text me. If my flight is canceled and I haven't eaten why would I want to wait around for an update that hasn't been given a time frame? By the time they called to give an update on the accommodations it was two/three hours later. They expected me to travel back to the airport with my finances to get the voucher, but I asked how long it would take and once again they weren't able to give me a response. They expected me to travel back to the airport and wait around for the bus driver but we're unable to give a set time of their scheduled arrival. As a result of missing my flight I have had to pay back deposits to customers that I will no longer be able to service. My flight was rescheduled for Sunday, April 3rd at 11:45am the next day. I arrive at the airport at 8am and receive an email that my flight has been delayed until 2pm. Shortly after the first notice I received about the delay in the flight that no one at your company knew about, the employee told me my flight was still scheduled at the original time and to grab my bags. Maybe 15mins later the system updated and she was able to see what the email had already told me. Why am I as a customer getting notified way before your actual employees? Maybe 10mins after the JetBlue system finally updated the JetBlue employee then informs me that my flight was once again canceled and wouldn't be leaving until tomorrow afternoon. At this point I have traveled to the airport 3 times at $40 a ride and another $40 to leave the airport yet again. I asked again on this second day of cancelations and was informed that none of the JetBlue passengers would be compensated with hotel vouchers or anything. We were instructed that we needed to figure it out on our own. The two extra nights in Jamaica cost me $500 total to take care of my sleeping arrangements. The worse part about all of it is even after all of these inconveniences I was still put on another flight for Monday, April 4th that will be taking me to Orlando, Florida for another over night stay that will be paid for by me because JetBlue refused to make accommodations after canceling multiple flights. As a result of JetBlue canceling two flights back to back and blaming the lack of crew members being available has cost me my job. I have been taken off the schedule until things can get resolved somehow. And on top of that my family is dealing with some pressing issues that I am needed for but haven't been able to attend due to the unprofessional and just outright despicable behavior from JetBlue and it's trained employees. As a result of all of these issues created by JetBlue, with no attempt at correcting the situation I am requesting 4 complimentary round trip tickets to destinations of my choosing equal to the flight cost necessary to travel to Jamaica and neighboring islands/countries. I almost missed my flight to DCA from Orlando because I was sitting at the gate on my ticket and not the actually gate that the plane was leaving from. NO ONE SENT OUT AN EMAIL OR ANYTHING!!!! There needs to be an email address available for customers to make formal complaints. The live chat agents are not effectively or efficient with handling important issues. The live agent I received was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. So when I want to file a complaint against the live agent, I am expecting to contact another live agent? That makes no sense!!! How is a JetBlue customer or employee suppose to email the company concerns? Why don't the supervisors have this information ready for customers. The Supervisor, YesAnne, was rude, unknowledgeable, and lied about being the supervisor when I asked to speak to one when arriving on Sunday after the first canceled flight. She gave me two different emails and both of them did not work.

Then (for no additional charge) he returned for a second load of people who didn't make the first trip. We were so impressed with his patience and professionalism. He really helped make our daughter's wedding wonderful. Zulk is a local Baltimore business and not a price-gouger like other transportation companies we looked at. Our flight from BWI to London was about 35 minutes late leaving, but we arrived at LHR early. The plane was a Boeing 777, going 3634 miles in 6 hrs., 15 min. We were in premium economy (World Traveler Plus), and our flight attendants were Patsy from Glasgow and Karl from Newcastle. Patsy was with BA for 25 years, left to raise her kids, then came back to BA two years ago. Karl started with BA on 12/1/2024 (less than 2 months ago). Both were excellent! There were only 108 passengers on board; 184 capacity - many in Economy stretched out across 4 middle seats, which we could not do that in PE as fixed armrests (held tray tables) were in way. Business Class was virtually empty. You just never know what you are going to get to eat on an airplane. We have to say that British Airways outdid themselves on our flight from Baltimore to London. We started with a beetroot, potato, and gherkin salad with a dill yogurt dressing. It was crisp and fresh. The main entrée was pineapple and mango braised veal cheeks, creamy polenta, broccolini with roasted mini red peppers. Oh my, the depth of flavors was amazing. The dessert was Tiramisu with whipped cream and a chocolate stick along with cheese and biscuits. We paired our dinners with some nice wine and were very pleased our choices. The flight attendants were excellent! Just before landing in London, they surprised us again with a delicious breakfast of a fried egg, cheese and Dijonnaise bagel. It was fresh and really good. Kudos to British Airways for some great airline food. All in all, it was a very smooth and pleasant flight.

Restroom has no running water and because there are so many seats it's miserable. Do not recommend.
