I don't remember the father's name at the time but his twin sons Carl and I think Joe (?) were there day in and day out. Apparently Carl's sons run the business now. A great family business. They were great 50 years ago and the fact that they are still there and still being run by the family says a lot about the quality and customer service of this family business. Hers to another 50 years of success as a local family owned business.

I was on Fulton street and walked into this store that I accidentally found while in the area. I walked in requesting a copy of my keys and the owner asked if I wanted him to make only a copy of my keys and why not the FOB, too? I told him that he couldn't do that and that only my building could. The owner reassured me that he had all the equipment in that store and he would be able to CLONE my FOB so I'd have an extra set of keys and a FOB just in case I lost my original ones. He was right! I live in Brooklyn and when I got home even the FOB worked. This place gave me great customer service and really came through. They certainly know what they are doing.
