Dropped off one pair of pants to be hemmed. He told me that it would be a few days. When I called back, he said that his work was backed up and needed more time. I said, no problem. My pants were done about ten days later. Brought back two more pair of pants to be hemmed. Same story, a few days. Called to see if they were ready? He said that he had rush work that he needed to complete, I said no problem. About ten days later, I drove by to see if my pants were ready. He asked for the ticket and I told him that he didn't give me one. The day that I dropped them off, he accommodated me by coming out to my van to get the pants. I am a wheelchair user and it was much easier for him to come out and get the pants than it would have been for me to bring them into his shop. The day that he came to my van, at the curb, I placed them directly in his hands and told him what I needed done. He walked back to his shop so I drove away (I was late for a Doctor's appointment). I thought that since he already sewed one pair of pants, I figured that I didn't need a ticket and he could be trusted. When I returned about ten days later, I asked if my pants were ready and he asked for a ticket and I told him that he didn't give me one. After some arguing for a while he said that if I didn't have a ticket then he didn't have my two pair of pants and he refused to acknowledge that I even gave them to him. Now I am out two new pair of pants. The moral of this story is; DON"T TRUST ANYBODY, ESPECIALLY THIS LYING, THIEVING CLOWN! BEWARE, NEVER AGAIN! read more

Not too excited by the service and quote received here. Took a $20 pair of pants to get hemmed here and was quoted $10 which seemed reasonable. Was told it would be ready one week later. Came in the afternoon a week later and was told it wasn't done. Maybe I could come back tomorrow? He did get it done in the next hour after that, but then charged me 14 (maybe 16?). I remembered the price because paying for half the cost of the pants seemed reasonable but more than that seemed crazy - could have just returned the pants. Get the quote in writing, and be prepared to wait beyond what's promised. I'll go elsewhere next time, you should too read more

I came here with an average-fitting tuxedo and anxiety over my upcoming nuptials. I left with an excellently tailored tuxedo.

If you want something finished on time then do NOT go here. I dropped off 2 dresses and a pair of pants. The guy who does the tailoring told me that it would be done on Saturday which would be a week from the Saturday I dropped it off. I came in today (Monday) and it's still not freaking ready. He promised it would be ready when I came back later today at 6:30. We shall see. If they aren't ready then I will take my clothes elsewhere. read more

Horrible. They butchered my bridesmaid dress for my brother's wedding. They cut it waaaay too short and when I tried it on and said it was too short they said "no, all girls your age wear it that way." I'm 31 years old and I can assure you, no one my age wears dresses that style cut that short to a formal occasion. They had the nerve to try to charge me for it, even though I had to go out and buy a whole new dress. NEVER GO HERE. read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS! SERIOUSLY. I came in and asked for a particular hemming on my brand new jeans that cost over a 100 dollars and they totally screwed it up. They did the exact opposite of what I asked for. Seriously. They ruined my brand new $100+ jeans. Then they had the audacity to charge me full price without an apology. They actually laughed at the mistake they made by saying something lame like "oops, it happens" Needless to say I did NOT pay for it despite their attitude. There used to be an old school Italian gentleman that used to own this location and that gave impeccable work. These new owners and workers SUCK! You've been warned. Never again. read more

Dropped of a dress on a Monday night and emphasized the importance of it being hemmed by thursday 10am as a I was leaving for vacation that day. I arrived at 10:30am thursday and the same man I dealt with looked utterly confused and asked why I was there. He then started panicking and looking for my black dress. Only to find they didnt even start working on the dress. The ticket clearly said the date and time I needed them by but yet it was on a hanger...Didnt offer me anything and I walked out.
