They either lied to me/my former tenants and didn't actually clean the carpet, or they did clean the carpet and did a terrible job doing it. Other than that, the apartment seemed clean.

This includes late and unsatisfactory cleaning (with multiple dirty spots), lack of response when I reached out (despite their guarantee), and LYING to the bank when I tried to initiate a chargeback. We set the appointment for 1 PM. The cleaner arrived in the early afternoon around 2 PM, but the service did not finish until much later at almost midnight due to a change in cleaners. We understand that there was a family emergency causing a change in cleaners, so we aren't too upset about that. However, we are upset at the communication near the end because the original cleaner had estimated finishing at 9 PM due to the delay. We checked in a little past 9 PM and they said they were not finished yet. We stopped by and the new cleaning staff said they'd be done by 10:30 PM. We came back at 11 PM and they were still cleaning, not finishing until almost midnight. With all the time spent, we are also upset at the condition it was left in. Several spots were missed (easy things like dust marks on the floor!). I have attempted to contact the merchant multiple times, through both email and text, and received no response from them. We attempted to contact them well within the 48-hour period immediately after the cleaning to do a touch-up cleaning (as stated on their website). We had to hire a different cleaning company to finish the job. As a result, we initiated a chargeback, on which KleenPro LIED in the response. They said that we did not reach out, despite us emailing and texting them multiple times to try to resolve the issue amicably. We even tried to request a normal refund from the merchant, but since they did not respond to us, we initiated a chargeback.

I felt he charged fairly for the additional carpet cleaning for the living room and 2 bedrooms. If you're patient, I assure you that you will be so pleased with the results. Stains that had been in the carpet since before I moved in are gone now. They really take their time to clean everything including the jalousie windows that are near impossible for me to do myself. He introduced himself and asked what needed to be cleaned, and immediately got to work. He meticulously worked, detailing the bathrooms, dusting, scrubbing, and vacuuming. He was joined later in the day by Solomon, another polite, and efficient cleaner. The two worked on our home until it was sparking clean. They did a fantastic job and we could not be happier. He had every right to be upset and not want to clean my property. However, he remained so pleasant and professional. I also had to move my cleaning dates around and he was able to accommodate that for me. On the day of the cleaning I wasn't expecting much because the red dirt at our home is a huge challenge in itself. She was again very apologetic and did send me a partial refund for the damage to our fixtures and assured me she had made some changes to how her crew would be cleaning these things in the future. I feel totally confident in using J &G again. They are very credible and very professional. Decided on them after reading all the positive reviews. While they did a pretty good job of cleaning our house after renters had moved out, they did damage the finish on several of our chrome fixtures. I specifically asked the crew that was sent out if they used abrasives to clean the fixtures and was told "no" but after inspecting the first bathroom they cleaned noticed scratches all over the faucets and bathtub fixtures. One of them showed me the green scouring pad they used to take off the water spots! After speaking to the owner, Jessica, she apologized and told me she would give me a discount/refund. That was two weeks ago and still haven't seen a check. But they did a nice job cleaning our blinds and patio screen tracks (which costs extra). Wish they had stopped cleaning when they saw they were scratching the finish on our fixtures though.

Like the regular cleaning it's superficial and not very thorough (corners where carpet meets the baseboards don't get cleaned well). Found the price to be reasonable for what was done, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. If you're looking for a quick clean that will probably pass your rental inspection they're fine. She told me that Jon responded promptly and provided a reasonable quote to clean our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. He arrived on a mutually agreed upon time and date and was on time. After doing a quick survey of our unit, he got to work. He started in the master bathroom and bedroom, then moved on to the guest bathroom and my son's bedroom before finishing in the kitchen and living room.
