    **ordered via UberEats** I am always looking to try new bakeries. I came across Continental Bakery and it doesn't seem to have much traffic on Yelp. They have SO many items on the menu, it was actually hard for me to decide. I settled for a Red Velvet cupcake, a Dulce de Leche Cupcake, a mini ricotta pie and a cannoli. I appreciate the mini sizes - especially for the Cannoli. It's rich and was stuffed with filling without having that overly heavy after cannoli feeling. The ricotta pie is hands down my favourite it is soft and crumbly and just the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. The cupcakes were beautiful and tasted fresh. I'll definitely be coming back to try some of their other pastries.

    Ordinary Italian bakery with assorted baked goods available inside. I went in to order a birthday cake and the person who helped me was named Judy. She was very helpful and approached me to ask if I needed help when I was browsing their cake display. The strawberry vanilla shortcake looked very enticing and Judy was helpful in helping me decide. I picked up the cake the next day. We surprised the birthday girl with the cake and it tasted wonderful. The strawberries were juicy and sweet and the strawberry layer inside the cake delicious Finished it in few days. Tip: Order day before to give them time to bake it well.

    I am so pleased to have stumbled across Continental Bakery! From Los Angeles, I ordered Postmates for a friend's birthday today. Continental came up, and I ordered a small strawberry shortcake, mini canolis and lemon bars. My friend amd her mom said that the strawberry shortcake was the best cake they have ever had! Fresh and light were 2 adjectives used. And they adore the mini deserts too! Thank you for making beautiful baked goods. I will be by, when I visit next time! And will probably do more Postmates orders for family and friends!

    Great local bakery, I am glad to have found it. Need a quick dessert, pop in here. They have pies and cakes already made plus a ton of really good pastries and cookies. I love a place that has lobster tails ready to go. mmmm mmmm... Plus every time I have come in here I have received great service, really friendly people. OH and they have square bakery pizza and bread to take home too! Thanks Continental Bakery, walking in here and just smelling puts a smile on my face :)

    I ordered a half vanilla and half chocolate cake for my daughter's 7th birthday and she cuts the cake it was only vanilla, talked about a disappointment for a child. I called them to let them know the same day and the person answered the phone was very apologetic and said to call the next day when the baker was working. I called no one picked up so I stopped by to talked to them and one person told me oh the baker doesn't believe that I'm telling the truth because she did make a half vanilla and half chocolate and and I said she didn't and if she did why would I have wasted my time left work early to come see her. I was in disbelief when she said that and I showed her the video of the cake while my daughter was cutting it and everything she was still insisted that the baker said that she made it how I ordered it and she oh I'll have the baker give you a call the next day in a very rude manner. That happened June 27th and I have yet to receive that phone call back . Horrible service representative

    Great local bakery for all your sweet tooth cravings! I dropped by here and ordered a dozen of their mini pastries and all were very delicious. I decided to ordered their pina colada cake for a special event and everyone loved it. The cake was moist and just the right amount of filling.

    Best bakery in Everett. All sorts of pastries, but my favorite are the almond cookies. And the bread, great bread.

    This has got to be the best bakeries around. Pre order the rum cake for any occasion it has strawberries with cream rum. Homemade bread

What we ordered: -Chocolate whoopie: 5/5, I truly loved this. It's huge, the cake is airy, and the filling is a light whipped cream. -Chocolate Bomb: 4/5, just a heads up door dash does not describe this right. It's a giant ball of peanut butter whipped filling covered in chocolate; delicious. -Lobster tail: 4/5, the croissant shell was perfectly crispy yet soft- I was very impressed, however I prefer the creamier, denser cream filling and this was more of a whipped cream filling, which is why I like Vittoria's more. -Cannoli: 5/5, I do not like cannolis but my boyfriend said it was bomb, no notes. -Eclair: 3/5, simple and fine -Cream puff: 3/5, simple and fine, again used a whipped filling rather than heavier cream -Chocolate mousse cup: 5/5, I don't know if they included this in our order on accident or purpose (we did not order it) but I'm SO happy they did because it was delicious. Key Techniques to Prevent Large Holes: Proper Fermentation (Avoid Under-proofing): Large, single cavities are often caused by under-proofed dough, which allows gases to expand unevenly during baking. Ensure the dough is fully proofed.
